Welcome, Chatterboxers, to the new Kyngdom board! You'll notice a few things have changed. We hope these changes will make it easier for both longtime and new users to participate in the story.
First, we've asked Dr. Sheepshank from Cypher Labs to comb through all the threads and put together a summary and history of the Kyngdom story so far. You’ll see that in the "Story So Far." He'll continue adding to it as the story grows.
Second, we've reduced the number of active threads. The only active threads will be the ones you see on the main page. These threads (many of which are inspired by your ideas!) will help us keep the story organized.
Third, to keep the story manageable, you will no longer be able to start your own new threads on the main page. A smaller number of threads will be easier for everyone to digest, and it will be more obvious where the action is happening, and what the action is. You can still create role-play (RP) threads on the Kyngdom RP Board.
Don’t worry! Your old threads are not gone. You can still read them in the Kyngdom Archive, but you will no longer be able to comment on them.
We hope you like the changes. If you have any suggestions for new threads, new groups you want to form, or general questions for us, feel free to comment below.
We've had an exciting few months building and growing Kyngdom. We love all the ideas you are bringing to this adventure. Have fun, and happy writing!

Thanks a lot! How do you think would be the best way to get started? It would be kind of cool to be one of the people SOCS experimented on... sorry, I'm a sucker for tragic backstories XD

Sorry for the late reply! The SOCS went through some big changes a while ago, got its leader killed and replaced, and it's largely drifted out of the story. But you could absolutely be a freed/escaped experiment, wandering the land for a chance to live, swept up into the fray when your simple trip to a flea market goes awry... Sorry, I might've gotten a little carried away there. We're all mad here! XD *awkward*

Is it just me, or is Kyngdom dying? We DON'T get many newcomers (average of about ONE per two months or so), and a TON of people are leaving or just drifting around. Already there are so many people we NEED who have left (Ronan, Scylla, whoever did the rest of the Powers and everybody else important)! Kyngdom needs to go back into the magazine, if only just to bring new people! I may be relatively new, but already it causes me pain to be here, merely because Kyngdom has been worked on SO HARD, and yet it is being neglected and is falling to hypothetical ruin. So please, Editors and Admins, DO SOMETHING!! Put Kyngdom into Cricket Magazine again, go onto Inkwell and put up an ad or SOMETHING JUST HELP KYNGDOM!!

There have been concerns about Kyngdom dying in the past, and we've kept on, but you're right. It's been especially quiet in the past few days/weeks, perhaps more so than before. People are taking breaks. Sometimes we need it. I'll get in touch with who I can, see if they'll come back.

You can join any thread on the RP board, but I suggest the Kyngdom Thread,that's where all the main plot is happening right now.

Hello! There's a form that might help you on the Who's here? thread. Read around for ideas if you like, then fill out the form and enter your character in the story! A good place to do that right around now is the Kyngdom Thread on the RP Board, where we're writing about a huge flea market.
