Welcome, Chatterboxers, to the new Kyngdom board! You'll notice a few things have changed. We hope these changes will make it easier for both longtime and new users to participate in the story.
First, we've asked Dr. Sheepshank from Cypher Labs to comb through all the threads and put together a summary and history of the Kyngdom story so far. You’ll see that in the "Story So Far." He'll continue adding to it as the story grows.
Second, we've reduced the number of active threads. The only active threads will be the ones you see on the main page. These threads (many of which are inspired by your ideas!) will help us keep the story organized.
Third, to keep the story manageable, you will no longer be able to start your own new threads on the main page. A smaller number of threads will be easier for everyone to digest, and it will be more obvious where the action is happening, and what the action is. You can still create role-play (RP) threads on the Kyngdom RP Board.
Don’t worry! Your old threads are not gone. You can still read them in the Kyngdom Archive, but you will no longer be able to comment on them.
We hope you like the changes. If you have any suggestions for new threads, new groups you want to form, or general questions for us, feel free to comment below.
We've had an exciting few months building and growing Kyngdom. We love all the ideas you are bringing to this adventure. Have fun, and happy writing!

Dear admin I was wondering how and if I can start a thread for the back stories of the animals and people who have joined Kyndom. I know there are already quite a few people/animals who have posted their stories here but I hope a specific thread for that kind of thing would encourage newer less experienced people/animals to feel more welcome and learn more about the other people/animals on kyndom.=)

Mine!!!! It's on the gryphon encounters page because I had nowhere else to put it, also a few others that don't really fit in. Also I made a role play thread and in the same day I got some replies!!!! I am soooooo excited!!! But I don't know, if it could be put on the main page that would be wonderful!!! But if not that is O.K. thank you for answering!!

I'm a little teeny bit abstract when I RP,
otherwise im a winged serpent.
I just get excited when I rp and turn all abstract-y
or maybe I got ahold of a sunken waterproof phone and played silk weave.

Admin, I have two questions.
Question One: When the Power of Wing flute was played, was it any specific tune? If so, can I compose it? I'll take a picture of the sheet music and post it somewhere here.
Question Two: Editors, can you dedicate a whole Cricket issue to Kyngdom, so we can fit everyone's stories about everything that is going on in Kyngdom? With higher levels of spelling and grammar, of course. It's a great way to advertise Kyngdom, and that way, all of us will be published! Please?

I agree with the publishing in Cricket part. In fact, some snippets are already there. But it's just quotes and excerpts from the stories. And there was one that was full of animal quotes and pawprints to boost the intrigue. But no full story has been published, if that's what you are looking for.

Techibeetle's diary says, "2:52 am—Whoa. I’m picking up one sound and one sound only from the headquarters: a high, piercing whistle. It’s kind of beautiful, so why am I suddenly so afraid?" Sounds like it could be a single note or a whole melody. It might be cool to see what you imagine the melody was!
A whole Cricket issue is not likely, but we'll continue to feature Kyngdom in the magazine, and we're always talking about new ways to showcase your writing.

Editors, I think you're forgeting something. Kyngdom is all about animals vs B.I.G, right? Well, what about the buggies? Can you pls add some insects into the story? Maybe you can even have the gang talking about it in the Cricket County comic! Pussywillow, Ladybug, Sluggo, Marty, Pudding, Cricket... They need to be in on this!

There are plenty of bugs in the Kyngdom universe, including F.A.F.A.'s very own secretary, Humblebug, and the tech genius who broke the gryphon story, Techibeetle! I think the Cricket County bugs are doing their own thing—but we'll definitely pass your idea on to their artist :)
