Welcome, Chatterboxers, to the new Kyngdom board! You'll notice a few things have changed. We hope these changes will make it easier for both longtime and new users to participate in the story.
First, we've asked Dr. Sheepshank from Cypher Labs to comb through all the threads and put together a summary and history of the Kyngdom story so far. You’ll see that in the "Story So Far." He'll continue adding to it as the story grows.
Second, we've reduced the number of active threads. The only active threads will be the ones you see on the main page. These threads (many of which are inspired by your ideas!) will help us keep the story organized.
Third, to keep the story manageable, you will no longer be able to start your own new threads on the main page. A smaller number of threads will be easier for everyone to digest, and it will be more obvious where the action is happening, and what the action is. You can still create role-play (RP) threads on the Kyngdom RP Board.
Don’t worry! Your old threads are not gone. You can still read them in the Kyngdom Archive, but you will no longer be able to comment on them.
We hope you like the changes. If you have any suggestions for new threads, new groups you want to form, or general questions for us, feel free to comment below.
We've had an exciting few months building and growing Kyngdom. We love all the ideas you are bringing to this adventure. Have fun, and happy writing!

I can't find the human made map Wigbig found. Can you give me a link to the map please? I search the archive, but couldn't find it.

We believe you're referring to this? We found it by clicking around the "Power of Wing" threads (the threads that appear when you click the "Power of Wing" button above the forum).

A member of Kyngdom? That's easy. You just make a character in the world that's been established and start writing!

Dear Editors,
I would like to say that, although this seems to be against popular belief, I generally pleased with the chnages. Well, more like 60% pleased.
I have not been on Kyngdom for a long time. I just got so busy. I wanted to return, but each time I came back, it was more and more confusing. I had absolutely no idea what on Earth was going on. Then today I came back and discovered that changes had been made. Suddenly I felt like I was able to return. Dr. Sheepshank's summary was extremely helpful. I cannot express to you how helpful that was. I do believe that the Kyngdom is more organized now.
However, I think that not all of it was a change for the better.
I think that the changes have good intentions. But I think it went too far. It's like the old Kyngdom was...oh, how do I describe this? I guess you can say all the way to one side. The new Kyngdom is all the way on the other side. It is definitely not in the middle. I think we should meet in the middle.
I propose that we figure out some sort of compromise concerning the following subjects, subjects on which we should meet in the middle:
1) CBers not being able to post their own threads.
We can keep it this way, on some conditions...
If we cannot make our own threads, we should still be able to post with freedom. We should still have as much liberty as we would if we were making our own threads. But we can't do that with only eight threads showing up on the main page now can we? We need more active threads to be availible, so I propose that the Ediitors create more threads.
2) The Roleplay-style threads.
For example, what happened to the "Shall we start..." thread? That thread was very important. I was sure it would be kept, but it wasn't. There were a lot of other threads that had a lot of writing on them (I am referring to the RP-like threads), and those were pretty important too. And now we can't add to them.
None of the eight threads on the main page are "RP-like threads."
Discussion and planning (which, thankfully, we have access to) is a big part of the Kyngdom, but after all the discussion and planning, we act, in the form of the roleplay-like threads. At the moment, I do not see any opportunities for this.
Sorry if this is not well-written...I am kind of rushing.
And this is a message to all Kyngdomers: if you agree with what I am saying, please say so on this thread. No matter how good or bad an argument I may have made, that won't matter if I seem to be the only one saying this.
Editors, I hope you may take some of my proposals seriously, so that we may improve the Kyngdom.

yes. Just yes. I would write a summary of my beliefs and ideas and changes that I would like to see happen, but this covers em all! I agree with every bit of it. It describes just how I feel about Kyngdom.
