Welcome, Chatterboxers, to the new Kyngdom board! You'll notice a few things have changed. We hope these changes will make it easier for both longtime and new users to participate in the story.
First, we've asked Dr. Sheepshank from Cypher Labs to comb through all the threads and put together a summary and history of the Kyngdom story so far. You’ll see that in the "Story So Far." He'll continue adding to it as the story grows.
Second, we've reduced the number of active threads. The only active threads will be the ones you see on the main page. These threads (many of which are inspired by your ideas!) will help us keep the story organized.
Third, to keep the story manageable, you will no longer be able to start your own new threads on the main page. A smaller number of threads will be easier for everyone to digest, and it will be more obvious where the action is happening, and what the action is. You can still create role-play (RP) threads on the Kyngdom RP Board.
Don’t worry! Your old threads are not gone. You can still read them in the Kyngdom Archive, but you will no longer be able to comment on them.
We hope you like the changes. If you have any suggestions for new threads, new groups you want to form, or general questions for us, feel free to comment below.
We've had an exciting few months building and growing Kyngdom. We love all the ideas you are bringing to this adventure. Have fun, and happy writing!

Admin, do you like it?
(April 16, 2016 - 9:20 am)
It's beautiful, Lucy, thank you! There are definitely some high, piercing notes in there, depending on what octave you play it at.

My mom played it for me, and wrote out the notes (I'm still not very good at reading sheet music yet ;-)) and im going to try to learn to play it by memory! It's really good! I loved it! I'm going to compose the Power of Howl tune, when I do I'll post it and you can see if you like it!

Admins,
Can you make us a Let's start Writing Thread? It will probably keep things more organised. The only reson why I want one is so that if we are looking for some stories to read that players have written, we can look in one place. Can you do that for us?
The threadmaker may not be working on the weekend, so your request may not be answered till at least Monday.

It sounds like many of you want a "story" thread like this! We'll discuss it at our next meeting.
(April 18, 2016 - 7:38 pm)
UPDATE: Everyone who's been asking for an RP thread—we have a big surprise for you. Check the Kyngdom site this Friday evening!
(April 21, 2016 - 1:30 pm)
I never thought about that! Okay, I'll compose the Power of Claw tune.
Admin, what was the Power of Claw instrument again? Xylophone, right?
(April 17, 2016 - 12:30 pm)
We didn't create an "official" instrument for it, so I'd check the SEARCH MISSION thread to see what people have come up with.

I am new to Kyngdom. I don't have a lot of experience with it, but it looks really awesome. However, I really wish you could let people create threads again. It is getting kinda weird on the Gryphon thread because everybody is having their own story. I, personally, have a great idea for a thread involving a kidnapped girl. It is getting kinda unorganized and I really want to be able to make my own thread. I understand that you already have a lot of complaints about this, but I just wanted to get my 2 cents in. If you don't want to add that feature back, I am sure you have a very good reason for doing so. Thank you for listening to me!
(April 17, 2016 - 7:27 pm)
Welcome to Kyngdom! We're thrilled that you like the story so far.
Could you say more about your thread idea? Or did you already write about the kidnapped girl in the Gryphon thread?
Speaking of that, we've noticed the chaos in the Gryphon thread, too—one kind of confusion gets replaced by another kind of confusion, apparently. We'll be talking about this in our next meeting.
(April 18, 2016 - 7:41 pm)
Oh, man. I feel responsible for all the chaos, since the Gryphon thread was my go-to for continuing my story. So sorry....
But isn't the Gryphon gone? According to several stories, Claaws helped the Gryphon escape. Which sucks, because I've heard about the effort that it took to capture it. Scarlet got injured, Trill got discovered... Not happy. But at least the Gryphon isn't rampaging all over, right? *weak laugh*
Um, so yeah. I claim responsibility for the chaos and confusion. It never would have happened if I could still post threads-uh, sorry. You can tell that I'm a bit unhappy about that. But I don't blame you guys. Some of those threads needed to go. Expecially that old thread blaming Charlie for being a spy. Speaking of which, Charlie hasn't posted for months...
Anyways, I'm sorry for that confusion. I promise I will try to be more careful in the future and not ruin any more threads- but hey, it was an accident, right?
But all joking aside, I really am sorry. Very sorry. More sorry than you will ever know. SUPER SORRY!

Hey, Icy! Don't be so hard on yourself!
Yes, we are backpedaling on the Claaws + Gryphon plot—for now. We like the idea, but we don't want to rush the story to its ending that quickly. There are more blanks to fill in before we do huge things like activate several Powers and/or have some epic meeting between supernatural forces. (Of course, that sort of thing could happen in the backstory, or it could happen in a dream...)

Can there be a forum for the Orders in the Kyngdom Groups? I think it will be useful because I believe it is separate to FAFA a bit. More connected to Capto Ablore though I think.
Also, should there be a name for the orders, or should they just called the "Orders of Stealth"?
I have to ask.
(April 17, 2016 - 9:07 pm)
I forgot to add to mine. The orders of stealth are a spy agency. They spy for purposes that may vary. It is led by Silverpaw. You may want to ask her (or he?)
(April 17, 2016 - 9:08 pm)
Thanks for the thread idea! We'll discuss this at our next meeting.
