Welcome, Chatterboxers, to the new Kyngdom board! You'll notice a few things have changed. We hope these changes will make it easier for both longtime and new users to participate in the story.
First, we've asked Dr. Sheepshank from Cypher Labs to comb through all the threads and put together a summary and history of the Kyngdom story so far. You’ll see that in the "Story So Far." He'll continue adding to it as the story grows.
Second, we've reduced the number of active threads. The only active threads will be the ones you see on the main page. These threads (many of which are inspired by your ideas!) will help us keep the story organized.
Third, to keep the story manageable, you will no longer be able to start your own new threads on the main page. A smaller number of threads will be easier for everyone to digest, and it will be more obvious where the action is happening, and what the action is. You can still create role-play (RP) threads on the Kyngdom RP Board.
Don’t worry! Your old threads are not gone. You can still read them in the Kyngdom Archive, but you will no longer be able to comment on them.
We hope you like the changes. If you have any suggestions for new threads, new groups you want to form, or general questions for us, feel free to comment below.
We've had an exciting few months building and growing Kyngdom. We love all the ideas you are bringing to this adventure. Have fun, and happy writing!

@Admins, I found when I once tried to join Kyngdom, I posted and joined.... but.... people just kept on ignoring my posts, and acting as if I wasn't there. I know that people may not have seen them, but I still felt very hurt about it. I got very angry, posted an angry comment, and then just left Kyngdom. I feel like every time I try to re-join, there's a story already going on, and I either just can't join, or nobody replies to my posts.
I've done that sometimes in RPs, but usually I post an apology, and include the person from then on in the RP. But I feel like I'm just being ignored, and that Kyngdom is exclusive, and that I just can't join now the story has moved on.
Truth be told, I feel like giving up.
I'm just asking, is it possible to join Kyngdom without being excluded, accidentally or mistakenly?
If so, where can I start? The Story So Far is interesting, but it hasn't really changed since i looked at it in 2017. And I'm not getting any information about what's recently happened.
I'm sorry others have not replied to your previous comments. I suggest you look at the most recent comments from Viola? on the *NOTE FROM THE EDITORS thread of Kyngdom. Yes, anyone can join and no one is excluded.

I'm sorry you feel left out. The same thing happened to me just recently; I tried to join an RP thread, but nobody acknowledged my presence, and now they've almost stopped posting there. It feels like I killed it. I don't know what I would do if not for my other charries.
I believe that it is possible to join Kyngdom without being excluded. The mistakenly part is only luck, though. If you want to come back, please do! There will always be space for you. I updated the Story So Far thread in the Power of Claw section, and if you need more, I'll do my best to help. I can arrange an entry point into the story if you like, and answer any more questions you have.

Hey guys! It's me again.
I miss Kyngdom. It's been so long since I was really involved, actively RPing and such, that I've gotten out of the habit of checking Kyngdom. Believe it or not, there was once a time when I was one of the most active Kyngdomers on here, and basically everyone knew who I was. I want to do Kyngdom again, I really do, but now that I've been gone multiple times and new things are happening, each time I try to rejoin, I never know where to start. I used to be so involved, but now I hardly know what's going on. A lot of people I used to know here are gone, and I'm feeling a bit lost.
So, all that to say, I was wondering where I could jump in. Any thoughts?

Let's see. Hazel/Kimi actually invited you to join her for a subplot on the RP Board, there's a stargazing ball that nobody's going to crash for once, a lot of drama with the Crown and its power is happening... I can go on, if you like.

Yay, you're back!!! I'm so happy! So, I did make an RP that you're totally welcome to join (it's on the 2nd page of the RP board), but if you'd rather go where there's a bit more action, there are those threads Viola? mentioned as well as the 'Hello, it's me...' RP with the Elites and a roleplay ('Alright, friends...') that features some of the Powers/Sideaffected Powers.
If there's anything you need to know or have any questions about, please ask! I love answering questions. And there's a summary in the Power of Claw 'Story so Far' thread that you can check out, too--it has a lot of recent events on it.
(By the way...you used to play Scarlet C, right?)

Thanks, Hazel! I went ahead and threw Moonshadow and Anwen into the ball, but I have some other characters in need of things to do, so I think I'll check out those threads and try to figure out what's going on...;-)
(And yes, I did play Scarlet! Actually, I'm planning on bringing her back, as soon as I find something for her to do...)

I'm curious about Kyngdom elves. I'm considering making another character, and if is do, he or she would be an elf, and I don't want to mess it up. So, I'm wondering, who has elf charries, where do Kingdom elves live, how does their magic work, etc. If anyone can tell me anything about them, I'd much appreciate it!

Elf charries, let's see. Etoile Pur Neige is a half-elf, and Rose (not my Rose) is a full one, and so is Norah. Norah lives with some other elves in middle Kyngdom. Most elves appear to be silvan, forest elves. Etoile, Rose and Norah have all been active somewhat recently. Norah uses potions, but Etoile has used magic light or magic energy that emits a lot of light. I'm not sure about Rose.

XD Not sure when Thimble adopted a country accent. But she's definitely excited.
I've been thinking about bringing her back lately, but now that Scarlet will be returning, I'll probably definitely rescue her from wherever charries go when they hibernate.
As for elves, I don't know much about them, not having one myself--but I do know that their powers can cure people from Jaaws's hypnosis. And I also know that some elves live in middle Kyngdom.
