I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. You're so right, Poinsettia! I was just going through the old Daydreams Cafe from over three years ago (I think maybe only pangolin and Peri would remember); I had just joined the CB and didn't know how to interact with people, so I spilled my hot chocolate in the hopes that someone would come over and help. And sure enough, Morning helped me clean and then we sat together and talked about musicals and I was so happy (before Freak and K.A.D.E opened that portal and fought over the briefcase, of course). CBers are truly some of the most kind and thoughtful people out there, love you all <333 *hugs you back*

Alrighty folks, Thanksgiving's over, and the last month of the year is approaching. The holidays are coming! And I am coming too. With *ahem* PLANS.
I'm Periwinkle of the Stars, and I don't mess around.
How do we all feel about:
- Holiday Make-A-Friend: just regular old Make a Friend, but it's happening in December so that's pretty cool lol
- Chatterbox-wide Holiday Party (I can host?? Unless someone else wants to?)
- Then, Now, and Soon: ohhh man I'm excited about this one all so basically it's like a "hey it's the last month of the year" sorta thing like reflect on this year and maybe some New Year's Resolutions. I was planning to do it like middle/end of December but I wanted your input first. I don't wanna spoil everything about it, but I think I can make this one pretty cool and it won't be too hard for me
- Holiday Care Package Exchange (?): so like a year ago Jaybells and Jwyn and I talked and they said a whole bunch of smart stuff about compliment threads and I was like "you guys are smart" and they said some really profound things I've been trying to keep in mind while creating this concept. We haven't done a compliment thread since last year I think? I have mixed feelings about them bc I love the concept but someone always ends up getting upset so I thought this might make a good compromise… maybe? Essentially, it operates similar to how my Care Package threads do, but there's a more community sense, I guess? Of course, anyone is welcome to make care packages for others on my threads rn, but I guess that'd be like the main idea of this one? And I think it'd be less advice and more media recs and love and stuff. Idk, anyone who's got thoughts about this one is welcome to express them. I'm still workshopping it and the last thing I want is for it to make drama.
So yeah, please let me know what you think!! I'd really appreciate your opinions :]

I agree, all of those ideas sound really great, and I'm 100% on board with all of them!! :D However, I will be out of town a good portion of the month, so let's see how many I can participate in... but yess let's do this! :)

@Peri, please can we do all of those?!!!! they all sound so fun- and Cloud Bunny! I was thinking the same exact thing- it's high time for a CBer Census.
