Hello, it's me again!
This is my first thread, and it's going to focus on my charrie Lycaella, her mom and her friend Nygrune. It's for following our adventures while we're not in a place or situation covered by another thread. 'We' because Ronan has asked to be Nygrune, to which of course I said yes.
Someone (I think Icy) said that B.I.G. and Catstrophe actually dislike each other. It makes sense, so... Just to let you know.
I'll begin where I left off on the Underwater Ball thread, with Lycaella and Nygrune planning to do some spying of a sort. They've asked Lycaella's mom to show them her notes, so I'll fast-forward to that.
Lycaella~
"Oh, so you're giving them their shadows back?"
We are sitting on a rug in my mom's room, reading her notes. I can't make sense of half the words, but she tells Nygrune and I what it means. Apparently, Catastrophe has found a way to separate shadows from their owners' bodies, and to keep him from creating a shadow army and destroying everything, B.I.G. has been researching it. They've managed to figure out how he did it, and are testing ways to reattach the shadows to their owners.
"Well, that's one way of putting it," my mom says. "We believe it will be beneficial to all of Kyngdom."
"I don't really understand this one... How would they sew them back on?" I ask.
"I believe it's with a special sort of thread, Ella," Mom says. "Let's see now..."
Nygrune finds it first. "A needle made from the bone of a magic or mythical being, preferably with thread also made from a magical material."
"Yes," my mom says, "Although personally I think that a binding spell shows more promise." I raise an eyebrow. She doesn't usually like magic this much. Out of nowhere, I yawn. Mom and Nygrune look at me like I'm disrupting something.
"Sorry," I say. "I'm getting kind of tired. You two can keep reading, I don't mind."
My mom nods. I hear her calling after me as I leave the room.
"Remember to brush your teeth!"

It actually is getting kind of late, so I should go. I hope this works out.

Hello again! I just got back from vacation. Sorry for not telling you; I thought I would be able to continue posting there. But I couldn't, so the Story So Far? thread will have to remain as it is for a little longer.

Anyway, next I think our trio will travel as they planned, and Laeta might fix her teleporter. I doubt much will happen, but who knows? First I have to figure out how much time has passed. Days, surely, but how many?

I exclaim in joy.
"What?" Lycaella asks.
"I fixed it," I cry, with the teleporter in one hand.
So here we go again.
I fix the settings, and it whizzes, suspending in the air.
"It'll only work once," I say. "But it'll work."
Lycaella looks doubtful but hopeful.
We jump in one by one, and when I arrive, it closes behind me, disapearing in hin air. It disenegrated because I had to play with the wires before we used it for the last time.
I look around and realize that we're in somewhere completely different.
"Where are we?" Lycaella asks.
I survey the area to find we're in a camp with animals, elves, and mutants alike staring at us.

Yay, Laeta! You're back! Um... We seem to be in the Elves' Resistance camp...
Lycaella~
I walk back to where Laeta is sitting just in time to hear her exclamation.
"What?" I ask.
"I fixed it!" She is joyful, waving the teleporter in the air like a trophy. "It'll only work once, but it'll work."
I half-smile. Nygrune comes up, and Laeta activates the portal. One by one again, we jump through to...A camp full of mutants, elves, and animals.
"Where are we?" I whisper.
"Um," Laeta says. I turn to see her holding a pile of dust that could only be the teleporter. Looks like we're stuck here, wherever here is.
~End RP. This was a short one, but then I'm not sure what happens next. Laeta, is this where you meant to take us?

Cool, um but how can we join the RP? (Sorry I REALLY like joining stuff) Also your internet name (Or real name) is an insterment, It is like a Violn but the bottom it bigger, and the sound is lower. Oh also I play the Viola, it is very fun! But anywho, please answer my question.

It's okay. You can join by posting an RP of your charrie meeting Lycaella, Laeta or Nygrune, or wanting to. Right now I need someone to tell them where they are, so you could do that. It would probably help if people asked first so I could set them up for it, now that I think about it...
Also, yes, I know the viola is an instrument. I actually used to play it, too, but that's not why it's my name.

I'm getting close to done with the Story So Far update. Just a few more days... And then I'll continue with the thing for the map shadow's making.
Random question: is 2017 a prime number?

Three days and neither Moonlight, Autumn or Laeta have told me anything. I'll wait one more day, and then I'm going to go ahead with the story. Not to be like that or anything, it's just that I have an idea.

I am very excited right now. There's going to be a costume ball, and Nygrune is an official instructor of magic, and tomorrow I have extra time for Kyngdom! I'm especially looking forward to the ball. Someone could be dressed like an adapted luna moth, and if Cornelia Hornshaw is going, she should definitely be a peacock. If not, it might be possible for Poe Allen. Tail feathers on a cape, black shoes, blue suit... I also have an idea for a flame warrior. And a stream nymph. And a wood elf. I think I should stop there, lest the post should be too long.

Before I begin my rant, I must apologize for the content of this post.
Poe isn't going to the ball, which scraps my ideas for his costume and the story, Alexandria rejected my costume design for her, and shadow's has also been taken care of even though it might not be the best idea for her to go at all given her current status as an extremely recognizable wanted member of the Resistance. I doubt anyone is going to see or accept my input for the ball, and Lycaella won't be able to attend, effectively drowning all possibility of my involvement in this thing that I was so excited about. I've been having a bad few days otherwise, too, which puts me now in the opposite of the mood I was in before. I still have ideas, but they're probably useless. The Story So Far thread update remains in the future. Magic lessons are in the much nearer future, though, which is to say I'm going to write an RP or two now.
And again, I am sorry. So very, very sorry.
