Do anybuggy want...
Do anybuggy want to start a book club? Maybe for just 1 or 2 books, depending on how interested people are. I know there have been some threads on book clubs before, but from what I've seen, they've taken a REALLY long time to get started, if they even got started at all. Here you can suggest the books and discuss how we'll do it, etc. I'll start a different thread once we've got everything figured out.

CJ: Cool! Except we haven't finished reading The Willoughbys yet. (I think) and there are a bunch of other people (like me) who are going to recommend books. Sorry. But you can join if you want. But you might want to check with everyone else first... ;-)

Now it's Kendra's turn to pick a book! Or it will be when everyone finishes The Willoughbys. But she hasn't posted here (or on The Willoughbys' thread) lately, so we may have to make contact with her elsewere at some point, like with MJ.
Walk 2 Moons is a great book! I read it for school recently & loved it! It would be very nice, though, to be able to read it in my own time, rather than taking months to finish it, so I know I'd enjoy doing it for the club...
I have an idea that we may be able to use for the next book thread! Its maker (probably Kenda, as she's choosing the book) can choose how much time we should take to read the book, and if we haven't finished it, we have a day or 2 more than the amount of time given to say so, and then we'll wait until the member finishes it. Anyone who doesn't post, we'll assume has read all of it that they want to.

Have I missed out on anything?? I'm sorry I've been a slacker lately... it's been tough getting on. Not that I've been all that busy, but those of you who know me well understand that once I get off, it's sort of freaky for me to get back on..... IT'S VERY STUPID, AND I HAD TO LITERALLY FORCE MYSELF TO COME ON HERE JUST NOW!!! Yikes!!! Sorry about the all caps...... Hi Admin!! Did you miss me? How long have I been gone this time????

But we're glad to have you back! Really, I don't know what's with the forcing yourself to come back--it's not like we're going to hate you if we don't see you for a while! :)

Hi, Laura! I'm glad you're back. But unfortunately, most of us have finished the first book. It was The Willoughbys by Lois Lowry. I think we're waiting for ZNZ to finish, mainly, and then we'll move on to the next book. Are you a fast reader? If you can aqcuire it and read it in a few days (4, maybe?) (it's 176 pages and very easy, so it shouldn't take too long to read, although it may take a while for you to get it), we can wait for you to finish it. But if not (which is more likely, I suppose), we'll probably have to just move on. You can definitely read the next book, though.
