I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

I am also easily distracted!! (except my distractions are mainly logic games and crosswords, because I asked my mom to block everything else) I don't know if this is helpful, but when I have difficulty focusing, I like to delete all the tabs on my computer except for the essay/assignment and zoom the screen until the assignment is right in my face and it's hard to focus on anything other than it.
And on a sidenote, Nya said a word!!! I think she's said one before, but I can't remember what it was...

Hello everyone! I am TIRED. Because I spent an hour skating outdoors, and the mixture of fresh air, and, well, working hard, wiped me out. But I love skating so much. It just makes me so happy to strap on a pair of skates, hop on the ice, and just... skate. I take skating lessons too, but it's not the same as skating without any course to go through or specific action to do, and letting your body take over so you brain can just wander. Okay this prob makes no sense... oh well. So yeah that was mostly fun, only a little scary when super fast skaters came around corners really fast and almost crashed into me. Actually that happened only once, with the same person who was throwing snowballs at these girls who kept telling them to stop. So only one jerk! Yay! But srsly it was so funnnn

If you're reffering to the one from 2003 (there's been like four versions of that movie made), I've seen that one. It was a really long time ago, though, and I don't remember much about it. What did you like so much about it?

Yes, I was talking about the 2003 version! I just watched it yesterday with my family. In case you don't remember, it's about a mother and daughter who wake up in each other's bodies and have to spend a day pretending to be each other. The moviemakers really took advantage of the storyline's potential - imagine a teenage girl trying to run her mother's psychologist practice and go through her mother's rehearsal wedding (not to mention, try to imagine a middle-aged woman trying to get through a day at high school) and you'll get some idea of all the hijinks that happened. I liked it because it was super funny, it had a good message, the plot was very original and unexpected, and there was lots of great music! Plus great costumes and scenery! It was the kind of movie I most enjoy :)

I just had a great idea. Admins, it gives you a bit of extra work, but maybe the rest of us could post less or something in order for you to be able to do it. Okay. So, someone give the admins their email. The admins don't post it, ofc, but they 'collect' it, and when two people have given their email the admins could email those people, tell them the other persons email, and then we could send each other things like usernames to other sites. admins, it's not you putting us at risk of finding something we don't want online, or whatever. Becuase if they already have an email address, they've already put themselves at risk. Please consider this, it would be amazing if you could try.
No, I'm sorry. We would not be allowed to do that. Youth online privacy regulations prohibit that.

*in the bathroom at school and two random girls come in and they're like "hey Jenny, are you always an angel, never a god?" and doing a silent fist pump and accidentally flushing the toilet while you do so and what a waste of water :( but yay!*

I've had this exact same thought myself. It would have been such a good idea >:( We wouldn't have to send each other usernames to other sites even, we could just arrange to actually meet irl...
@Admin, do you think we could carry out .'s plan in, say, about ten years, when all of the current CBers will be adults?
and @., even if we can't do this, don't worry. Someday we'll find a way to actually meet up with each other irl, whether it be by publishing novels and including a CB codeword, or hanging out with other writers at writing retreats and asking every single person "Are you a CBer??" or having Cricket logos on our backpacks... or maybe just luck!
No, we won't be able to do that, either. I'm sorry. We'd have no way to verify ages, plus that is all way beyond the intention and scope of Chatterbox. Visit with each other on Chatterbox threads.
