I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

one of my newest pet peeves is when me and my mom are watching a movie with boy/girl drama and my mom says, "that'll be you in a couple years," and I say something like, "yeah right," and she gives me that annoying grin.

just woke up because it's a weekend and walking downstairs next to my dog's bed there is an almost full eaten stick of butter. he's about 8 pounds, that seriously cannot be healthy- but i have no idea what to do, my mom and brother aren't home and my dad is either not home or asleep but i don't really want to wake him up. this situation would be really funny in the future once everything's okay i think

I just realized something: What if we're all seeing different colours and we don't know it? We could have been seeing them our whole life, and we've been taught "red is the colour of fire trucks. Blue is the colour of the sky." But my blue could be your... orange! Or purple! We would never know...

I'm sorry but this made me think of the first verse in "Quiet"...

I hear this a lot, and I think it is best explained by my AP Bio teacher; "everyone has a different perception of the world around them, but the colours themselves are fixed wavelengths and can be explained through physics. The colours themselves and the receptors we use to capture them don't make colours physically 'look different' or have any meaningful difference but that doesn't mean we all interepret them the same." Say, for colourblind people, a specific colour could be much more muted, but it is still really the "same colour" if you think about it.
TLDR: Yes and no, it depends!

i'm getting a bunny rabbit! i've wanted one for awhile now, so i'm so psyched that this is happening. his name is pumpernickel, but i'm changing it (the previous owner said i could, ofc) to napoleon bunnyparte, aka nebby~
i haven't met him yet, because i'm out of town (in england!! sadly homesick :<), but i can't wait.
also, i've attached a picture of him so you all can see his adorable chubby bunny carrot-eating face <3
