I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

Join the Writing Contest! Our prompt is "pigment", and I'm judging. The word limit is 1,500 this time and this time only (but no need to write that much if it's not for your story!). I'll do my best to give out detailed feedback to everyone, especially the top 3 or 4. I get that contests are stressful, but if you enjoy writing at all, I would really appreciate it if you joined! We only have one entry at the moment (probably because of my negligence XD).

and ackk I keep forgetting to write my entry!
@Fallen, woah, that was my classmates last year!! They kept on emailing on our group chat at 11:30PM or 12:50AM or even 1:20AM like "hey guys, guess what?! It's past my bedtime!!" or just simply sending an email at 11:50PM and another classmate emails a few minutes later, like, "why are you up so late?!?" and the first classmate responds "why are YOU up so late?!?" and it went back and forth like that for a while XD

I love how I can use the CB to majorly procrastinate while majorly procrastinating the CB and no one makes me feel bad for it ('cept me of course, but I forgive myself pretty easily)!

haha! that's really funny. my friend was actually saying this at 11:30 am in the morning during our third period math class, so he wasn't actually up late, just tired XD

I feel like the most poetic season is autumn. I mean, the leaves are falling and birds are flying south for the winter. It's a feeling of the preparation during the calm before the storm (aka winter).

at the zoo today I did several things, including:
-obsess over the axolotls :3
-hear and see an extremely loud bald eagle (it was squeaky)
-become maybe-friends with a cranky lynx (it had apparently eaten popcorn and had gas)
-pick up a bee to move it off the sidewalk
-watch a spotted gar bonk its comically long nose against the side of the tank XD
-see a red-tailed hawk eat a mouse
I'll post pictures of the axolotls and cranky lynx if ya'll want :)
