I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

I think the reason no one's made a world record for the most amount of trick-or-treaters in a single city is because absolutely nobody has even heard about the city I live in

I saw a Peregrine Falcon, which was extremely strange because I saw it nowhere near the mountains. It made a very loud and screechy sound before flying away.

OK, this is completely random, but I have a question: Do people name their CAPTCHAs? I'm fairly new to CB, but I was reading through, and it looked a lot like that.

I loveeee this quote from Dolly Parton where she explains why she doesn't call herself a feminist, and which exactly expresses my own views:
"When I think about a 'feminist,' you think about women that are anti-men [...] I'm all about women, I'm all about empowering women, but I'm all about empowering all people - love and respect and uplifting [them]."
she's so right!! like, oBvIoUsLy women should be empowered, but it doesn't matter whether you're a man or a woman, what matters is that you're a human being.

And I thought, "hmm, what if I tried to write little stories based on these standards instead of doing the five other projects I'm supposedly 'working on?'" Probably not whole books, but some nice short stories.
So yeah I might do that. Like a "commission a story" thread that I may or may not actually commit to. How do you all feel about that?

@Moon Wolf, awesome you saw a peregrine!!! I think they like urban areas too though, not just mountains, just anywhere high up like skyscrapers (Peregrine F can prob correct me if I'm wrong tho :) )
@Swallowpoint, yep, as the admins said, some ppl do! Mine is named Feiya, based off of something they said before, pronouns she/they kinda fluid, and sometimes they're a salamander, sometimes they're a cat like Pussywillow (I think you said you get the mag?)! Feiya says WIGZI rn!

@Peri, I think that's a great idea!! And it may even help you with your other 5 projects too! Or as warm-up exercises, idk

also, one of my favorite songs is Home from Frozen II. Sadly, it got taken out of the movie cause it focused too much on Anna, but it's SOOOO GOOD!
