Chatterbox Bookclub!

Shapeshifters Roleplay!

I'm not really back, but I'm posting my camp NaNo novel (or what I've written of it) for critiqueing. I'm still trying to finish the werewolf novel based on that old rp that Snake and Elizabeth M. did with me. Hi Snake & Elizabeth M.! =)  I won't have a lot of time to post anymore so sadly I can't rejoin the dragon rp =( but I had to say hi since I have some time now, and here's the first two chapters of my novel, please tell me any ideas you have for making it better! =)

I remember on Pudding's Place there being a thread where CBers put their novel synopsis and I went on a quest to find it. Alas, I couldn't, and after searching through pages and pages of red words, I came to a decision: I shall make a new one!

In order to practice the ever discouraging "back-cover description," however, you shall write the synopsis as if it were on the back cover of an actual book and the CBers were your adoring readers, wondering what wonderful literature is locked up beween those covers! So--commence!

Inklings the Younger

For those of you who don't know what the Inklings were, it was a group of authors who gathered to talk about writing.  Some members included J.R.R. Tolkein and C.S. Lewis.  

Down to business, Inklings the Younger is a thread where we can post things we discovered about our writing, or point out things about the writing of previous Inklings.  You could submit sections of text you've written and the other Inklings the younger can comment on them, and possibly revise.  Enjoy!

I need to stop using the word then. Here's a passage from one of my stories to prove it:

Michael started screaming. Then Lily said "Why are you screaming?" Then the kid named Crystal started dancing.

The problem is, I dislike the word next, so I always use then!

Some people around have been wanting a dragon RP, so I am going to start one.(And the other one's been going for a long time.)There are lot of different ideas of what dragons actually are,and this is not really my idea of what they are,but I think this will fun. 

There will be five different types of dragons:sun,moon,water,fire,ice. These different types will live in hoards, of their own kind.

River dragons are the gentlest,and live in,well,rivers.

Sun dragons are the nicest, and REALLY prefer to fly by day.
