Art stuff thread starting...NOW! If you draw stuff, you can post it here! I draw in a sort of anime/manga/toon style, but if you don't, don't let that stop you from posting your stuff! I would love to see other people's art so post away! They can be OCs, fan art, or just random stuff. You can use any media, including digital, like I do! Just to let you chatterboxers know, I started this thread so we can share our tricks of the trade with each other. Feel free to: ask questions about how to draw certain things, post techniques, share art, and mostly HAVE FUN! If you draw your OCs, feel free to share information about them such as their names and that sort of thing. Same goes for fan art since not all of us know where these characters are from. You don't have to be polished with your art. I myself am just a beginner at anime/manga/toon. I'm not good at hands so if any of my hands looks particularly cruddy, you know why. I also struggle sometimes with feet so same goes for that. If any of you know how to draw a particularly good hand or foot, feel free to share your trick for it.

Because I was traveling as a passenger on a less-than-smooth road and posting comments on a phone. My fingers must have hit something in error. Sorry! If you can tell me where the comment is, I can delete the yuh. I just looked for it, but couldn't find it.

Recently I did a redraw of an old drawing I did-- a Harry Potter OC, I think? Every once in a while, when I'm feeling down on myself, I'll do a redraw of some old art. It'll encourage me and help me remember that everyone starts from somewhere. Instead of looking at other people's art and thinking that they're so good and that I'll never get there, I remind myself that the fact that they made it there is proof that it is possible to improve! Everyone starts somewhere.

@Alex That's cool! It really looks like Perry. I love how your art has such a clean aesthetic.
@Starseeker Your art style is so cool! I love the cloak in your redraw, and the braid is really cool. And yeah, I always find it fun to see how I've improved. It's definitely a confidence booster, like you said! I've been redrawing a lot of art lately.
Here's a redraw of an OC! I think her name is Shadow, but I can't be sure. The original drawing (the one on the right) was actually the first drawing I ever did with alcohol-based markers. I drew it on my 10th birthday, which was when I got the markers. I'm pretty proud of how much I've improved XD

@Admins Wait wait wait... “a weekly drawing”? That’s what you guys changed Inktober to? Admins, we’re allowed to say Inktober. There have been multiple threads about it in the past, and the majority of people on CB participate in Inktober. I know there are some newer admins so maybe you didn’t know that, but now you know! Agent Winter, we've just checked into Inktober and decided that we will continue to allow mention of it on Chatterbox. Internet sites do change from time to time. When a new comment comes in, we may not have time to check out another site, in which case we may post a comment without mention of the other site. We hope you understand.
