Art stuff thread starting...NOW! If you draw stuff, you can post it here! I draw in a sort of anime/manga/toon style, but if you don't, don't let that stop you from posting your stuff! I would love to see other people's art so post away! They can be OCs, fan art, or just random stuff. You can use any media, including digital, like I do! Just to let you chatterboxers know, I started this thread so we can share our tricks of the trade with each other. Feel free to: ask questions about how to draw certain things, post techniques, share art, and mostly HAVE FUN! If you draw your OCs, feel free to share information about them such as their names and that sort of thing. Same goes for fan art since not all of us know where these characters are from. You don't have to be polished with your art. I myself am just a beginner at anime/manga/toon. I'm not good at hands so if any of my hands looks particularly cruddy, you know why. I also struggle sometimes with feet so same goes for that. If any of you know how to draw a particularly good hand or foot, feel free to share your trick for it.

Tried drawing Perry the platypus from a show called Phineas and Ferb. (From a reference admins, don't worry XD) Sorta failed on the eyes and the fedora. But eh.

I've been lowkey/highkey dying for copics lately but I can't bring myself to spend the money so I'll probably end up trying a cheaper brand first, like Ohuhu. If I can convince myself to spend the money at all haha.

If you're looking for cheap, good-quality markers, try Bianyo markers! I have the 72 pack, I think, and I'm not sure how much it is because my computer keeps auto-translating into Spanish for some reason?? (I don't speak Spanish-- in fact, nobody in my family does, so there's no reason for it to be doing this!) Anyway, I have Bianyo markers, and then I also got (I think) Adaxi skin tone markers so that I could have a wide variety of tones. (Again, it keeps auto-translating into different languages, so I don't know if any of this is actually accurate.) I'll also post a picture of what I've been doing with the markers, so you can see the style of them. (It's actually a picturing of Abi that I never posted!)
As for if you even want to spend the money, I'd say, yes! I was a little nervous going into buying them myself. I was kinda just like "will I even use these?" But then I used the set that my friend has and I absolutely fell in love. They're so versatile and fun to use!

@Starseeker Ahh so beautiful!! What did you use for the white? A colored pencil? Anyway it's super cute! Because my eyes play tricks on me and I was only looking at the cup she's holding with my periphal vision (spelled that wrong xD), I thought she was holding a love note or something,(see, this is what my brain thinks of. Idk why!*shrug*) hahah~... But the picture's super cute, I love it... wait I already said the exact same thing...thesaurus!! This is *wonderfully* *adorable*!
Anyway, my this strangely put-together jumble of words just mean it's great and you have talent for art. :)

@Aqua I actually used an Art-n-Fly gel pen for the white lines. If any of y'all are looking into getting some markers, I'd definitely also recommend getting a set of white gel pens to enhance your line art. The cup does actually look like a love note! And it would make sense with the pose/expression as well. I'm glad you like my art! :)

This is my friend's OC. It's not a great drawing, but I'm pretty proud of it bc it's digital and I'm usually terrible at digital art. Yuh
