CB Story
RULES
I will kill you off if it pleases me. (eerie laughter)
I get to choose your powers.
Fill out ENTIRE charrie sheet.
I will choose MCs. I cap the story at fifteen people.
PLOT:
The world is Earth. Everything is the same but for one thing that has dominated the culture like ivy covering an ancient wall: True Names. When you are born, your parents give you your official name, like Paul or Lisa. But as soon as you turn 13, your True Name appears on your wrist.
Often, a true name describes someone's best attribute or worst flaw: Kindness or Greed are common names. The names never describe physical attributes like agile or swift.
Unfortunately, there is one more type of name: the Forbidden Names.
These names are seemingly random, like Flame or Dachsund, and they give extraordinary abilities. Well, dachsund-summoning isn't that amazing, but-oops, getting off track.
People who have Forbidden Names are hunted down. It's not like the owners of Forbidden Names have a choice, but the True Guard doesn't care.

CB appearance: Long, black hair, blue and violet eyes, large, black feathered wings, pale skin. Usually wears violet, dark blue, or black.
Personality: A hardcore fangirl, but kinda quiet and hates fighting. Loves, loves LOVES music. Kind and perky, but can be slightly pesimistic and sarcastic sometimes.
Do you want to be a main character: That would be awesome! I've never been one before!
Any songs you happen to like: Well, my dad's a musician, so there's always something different playing at our house. I like jazz, looping, IMAGINE DRAGONS, the Script, One Republic, Panic at the Disco.......I could keep going on. But I really like Demons and Radioactive by Imagine Dragons and Clocks by Coldplay.

Part 2~
Catherine "Curio" Dragon heeded the knock at the door, assuming that Shadow was home early. Instead of her sibling, she was greeted by a sunkissed girl with dark half-rings under her red eyes. She pulled insistently at the sleeve of her blouse, pulling it down over her right wrist.
Curio didn't need an explanation to know that this girl was a Forbidden.
"Please help me," the girl said, "my name is Abigail. I come from the village near Angel Tear Bay."
"My Official Name is Catherine," Curio said, "but my True Name is Curious."
"My name is a Forbidden Name, its Cacaphony-"
Curio abruptly grabbed Abigail by her shirt collar, threw her into the house, and slammed the door. Abigail stumbled forward and fell onto the sofa where she collapsed, sobbing.
"Are you insane?" Curio hissed, bolting the door, "The True Guard will kill people with Forbidden Names, and they have microphones all over the street!"
"I-I'm sorry," Abigail's chest heaved, "a girl t-told me that you dealt in name forgery."
Curio sighed. "Yes. I do. I'm sorry for shouting. I know this name was not your choice. Heck, even the world's greatest scientists don't know how true names detect personality or give-" Curio hesitated, "Forbidden abilities."
Abigail pushed herself to a sitting position. She looked at her savior for the first time in detail; Curio had flame-red hair and eyes the color of a stormy twilight. She wore a red bandanna and well-worn purple yoga pants.
"I'm sorry," Abigail said again, calmer. Curio's lips pulled into a sad smile.
"It's okay, kid," Curio said, "maybe they weren't listening to that microphone."
Abigail detected the lie in Curio's voice but said nothing. Curio inspected Abigail's wrist where the word "Cacophony" was emblazoned.
Curio might not have much time.
"I don't have time to tattoo a fake True Name over yours. You're short; if anyone asks, say you are twelve."
Abigail nodded.
"What power does your name give you?" Curio asked.
"I don't know," Abigail said, "my birthday was yesterday."
Curio's heart broke with sadness. This poor girl had likely run away.
"How much do you want?" Abigail asked, wringing her hands. She only had eight dollars. With a sinking feeling, Abigail realized that eight dollars could not be enough.
Curio smiled sadly again. "On the house."
Curio coated Abigail's right wrist in a special paint-makeup hybrid of Curio's invention. It was waterproof and would take roughly a year to come off; not only that, but it blended into the wearer's skin tone.
Abigail wiped her tears and began to smile just as something large slammed into the door.
She turned to Curio, wide-eyed. Curio grimly finished the application and pointed to a closet at the back. Abigail dashed in and shut the door, blocking it with a movable shelf.
Abigail heard the front door burst open, and shoved a red bandana into her mouth to silence her breathing.
Through a small crack, Abigail saw two men enter. "So, you deal in True Name forgery?" one said gruffly.
"Of course not!" Curio said vehemently. The men rolled their eyes.
"Look, kid, you're what, fifteen? You have a good life ahead. Turn in the Forbiddens you helped, and we'll let you off easy."
"I do not deal in forgery!" Curio snapped. The men sighed and beckoned to others. Soon the room was full of agents of the True Guard. They started to rifle through couches and cabinets just as a voice called "Curio?"
The True Guard turned, raising pistols. Two girls, with long blonde hair and forest green eyes and the other with white hair and sea green eyes walked in.
"Shade, Keira, leave," Curio said.
"Shade, we should go," sea eyes/Brookeira said, pulling at her friend's arm. Shade pulled away.
"What are you doing to my sister?" Shade yelled.
