My family and I are celebrating midsummer today! It's a Swedish holiday where you celebrate the start of summer, and we're going to have a midsummer feast. So excited!!

Idk if I've mentioned this before but I've been watching Octonauts (yes, the kids show) and omg?? I've actually learned a lot??? Did you know that you can make a jellyfish sting hurt less by putting vinegar on it? or that blobfish barely have any muscles? or that there is an animal called a remipede that looks like a bug, is compleatly blind, and swims upside down?
I also think its super silly sometimes! I've laughed at quite a few of the jokes :3 (Including- Barnacles playing the accordian, Tweak having Shellington show off how a "bad driver" drives, the failed Gup-F, etc.)
I genuinely recommend it! :D
(Ps.- my favorite is Shellington :3 he's so silly and i love his accent !!)

OCTONAUTS!!! :D I don't watch it anymore though... but I liked the bunny uh what was her name? And the penguin I think! Also remipedes are SOOOO CUTE ahhh :DDDD
I get the "kids" shows though -- I was the only member of my family who wanted to watch the Paw Patrol movie. :/ ok honestly it wasn't that good (in my opinion) but- computer voice: time for launch! Boulder: time for lunch?!!?! :DDDDD computer voice: no. I said launch. Boulder: aww :/

...sorry I just moved this from Octonauts to Paw Patrol. But I actually didn't know that about the vinegar!! Just wondering if you've ever watched Wild Kratts? I loveee that show, and you learn a lot of stuff too!

Oh yes! I used to love Wild Kratts! I don't watch it currently because I'm more interested in the ocean and it's animals, but everyone is talking about it so I'll proably watch it again :)
Also- I actually liked the 2nd Paw Patrol movie! Skyes backstory was so sad :( I actually made an OC for the show; his name is Atom and he's a borzoi who works in science! I also made a high school AU briefly.
... If you can't tell I grew up on Paw Patrol and still love it sm even if i dont watch it anymore :p

Really? Yeah, Skye's backstory was really sad/sweet(?), and I loved that the movie was pretty centered around her because as said, she's one of my favorite characters (I mean my sunglasses are literally her and Everest XD), but... actually, I don't totally remember why I didn't like it. But I do remember that honestly... I just didn't feel like it was all that creative? Idk. Like it was just using all these tried and true tropes, which Ig is fine, but yeah :p that's so cool you have an OC though!! Atom sounds really cool (...genuinely, btw :/)! I looked up borzois and they're so cute!! :D I feel weird making OCs for fandoms, but if I had one for Paw Patrol it would definetely be a pyrenees!!! I think Paw Patrol should TOTALLY have a pyr!!!! That'd be so cool!! :DDD

A high-school AU (or anything followed by AU) refers to an "alternate universe" in which the characters are in a particular situation as you imagine them to be. A high-school AU is just a scenario where the characters are in high-school, whereas they might not be in the canon.
