I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. A while ago GLT (at least I think it was him) was talking about how he was worried that DtE or the whole CB would crash if this thread got to 10,000 posts and I've been thinking about that a lot. Maybe the Admins could lock the thread when it reaches 9,900 posts, and we could start a new one? idk.

Why would it crash? I don't really get it. Y'all know that actual y2k events are practically nonexistent, and even the turn of the century heralded only 2 small incidents having to do with the switch. If anything, I'm sure the Admins could figure out a way to simply display another digits. Do tell me if I'm mistaken.

Mm, last night I gave myself an existential crisis over toilets and algebra.

Ah, well, happy birthday tomorrow! Don't worry, it won't always be on your birthday because I believe it's always the second Friday in April, so it'll move around. And if my memory doesn't fail me, you're nine (turning 10 tomorrow, happy 10th birthday, double digits!), so you're in... *counts on fingers* 4th grade, so unless you've skipped grades (which wouldn't be too entirely surprising since you know more about physics and math than I do) you're in elementary school, so it probably won't be a huge deal at your school anyways and probably nobody will know about it. And, besides, it's not really a sad day or a bad day, just an activism day. Anyways, happy birthday and happy day of silence!

Yes, I am turning 10. And also, I'm actually in 6th grade. And I'm not in public school, I'm homeschooled. What even is the day of silence? Is that something to do with the Boston Marathon?
