I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

Thanks everyone :] I apparently misunderstood part of the conversation, they were more talking about my aunt's bad parenting, which I understand, but it was also related to "not teaching him social cues"??? Uh yeah pretty confusing, I won't go into detail. I felt better after taking some time to listen to music and look at pictures of my comfort character/media, lol.
I love all of you sm <333 /p (The CB feels like home, in a way. If the CB ever, somehow, became a real place where I could see all of you, I'm pretty sure it would be the best day of my life /srs)

My New Year's resolutions. (been planning on making a thread on this)
(1)- Not Running Away from Drawing Responsobilities: Meaning, I will be [trying to] drawing hands, backgrounds, objects and animals.
(2)- Find My Own Style: Start branching out with clothing styles (I've been trying to dress as my AEs would dress. This includes hair. I just got my hair cut, and have been begging my parents to let me dye it (prolly not happening anytime soon). But I've been putting my hair up lately, buns, braids..the works. I don't like my face. So I usually leave hair in the front.
(3)-Compleating (And Cleaning) My Room: I'm cleaning out my mess of a closet and moving my bookshelf in. Then, I'll use some of my money to buy a L desk for my room. So I can have my own art desk in my room. Also, to hang up more of my art on my walls.
(4)-Make New Friends: Because one of my best friends moved to North Carolina, I can't see her. So I don't have many friends. I'm very shy at first (but if you like anime or something like that...watch out.) and don't really like to start conversations. I might sign up for classes or go to some clubs to meet new people.
(5)-Keep My Room Clean: I hate when my room is messy. So I'll try and keep in neat and tidy from now on.

I love those resolutions!! all of those things are on my bucket list that i really want to get to, but i have ✨No Energy Ever At All✨ so. i have not gotten to those yet.
i made my resolutions relatively simple compared to all the things i WANT to do, but i constantly set goals for myself, procrastinate on them, freak out, hate myself for not being able to do anything ever, assign myself MORE work because for some reason my stupid dumb brain thinks having more stuff to do will make me do it, and uh
im ranting but the point is i tried to set myself pretty achievable respolutions which are AS FOLLOWS FINALLY
- Meatless Mondays (yay hunger bc school lunch never has any meatless options!)
-Take dog for walk everyday (he's the GOODEST and i LOVE him have a picture)
-Finish Japanese textbook (i started the second volume of the set Elementary Japanese and then completely lost motivation and didn't do anything for months and forgot everything i learned :D)

This may be obsession talking, but the Chatterbox as a community reminds me a bit of the Newsies. We're like a family-esque group of weirdos and dreamers (not trying to offend anyone). Wandering souls who have found comfort and companionship in like-minded people. I love the idea of a bunch of Lost kids and teenagers stumbling upon a haven (online or otherwise) where we can make friends. Where we can share our art. Our stories. Pieces of ourselves that (at least for me) may not be outwardly visible. We are safe under our pseudonyms and accepted for who we are, and I'm so glad this corner of the internet exists.
