Pheasantwithbooks created a drawing contest, which made me nostalgic for this photography contest (which I believe was also created by pheasantwithbooks, i could be wrong though)
anyways, if you're new here, these are the rules-
~the judge gives out a theme each round and sets a deadline for the pictures to be in by
~the participants follow the theme and submit their pictures
~the judge ranks the pictures, sometimes giving them feedback
~whoever comes in 1st gets to be the next judge!
i'll be the first judge, and i'll start with a very generic theme, nature! pictures will be due on February 28th.

Hooray it worked! Ok, let me explain a few things:
1. Anna C. is me. You see, I didn’t know how to upload a picture on here, so I asked my parents for help. They ended up putting everything in the post, including my name. I didn’t feel like telling them that I had a CBer name. I should have but that was my mistake. So you know my real name now.
2. There is not text on it because I thought it wasn’t needed, but then I realized I should have put something on there. So sorry about that.
3. I took this pic yesterday. It was a lone pink flower on a bush near a playground. This was the prettiest shot I could get of it. If I took a picture of the whole bush, trust me it would not be as impressive.

Here's mine. It's when I went to Yosemite over the summer! There are also two bikes that we used to bike the national park.

Sorry, I forgot to judge the other day. Well, here are the winners...
In third place... A.A.! I really liked the the picture overall, the trees with the mountains in the background, the bikes adding to the picture in the front. It was a really great photo!
In second place... Leeli! It was one beautiful little flower, and the colors were really pretty next to the bush. It was almost a tie to the first place!
And our winner is... Joan B. of Arc! I loved the rose, and it was cool how the rose was really clear while the background was a blurry. What a beautiful flower!
I loved everyones photos, but congrats Joan for being the winner!

Wow... I won? Yay! That's a first for me.... thank you!! :)
Anyways. The next theme for the contest will be... seasons! Pick one of the seasons (fall, winter, spring, summer) and use a picture to display one of the seasons of your choosing. :)
Deadline will be Sept. 21st, but if that's too late, than let me know.
