"Oh, I think that I know what to do!" She checked  Stormpaw for any broken bones and his front leg was broken, his claw was pulled out, and he was bleeding from a gash on his flank. "I think I can do this!" She put some cobwebs on his cuts, which stopped the bleeding pretty quickly (the only way I know this is when the med. cats do it all the time). Lilypaw was by her side by now, and she was fixing up his other injuries.

So... you were trampled and smashed by a badger? I haven't learned what to do about that, but I do have some idea, and I can help you until Swanflight gets here. First of all, eat these ragwort stems for strength. I know I said I didn't know what they look like, but... um... StarClan gave me a vision of where they'd be, so here! And now I need to see exactly how much damage the mongoose did. I'm rather worried. It was fairly heavy. Oh no. It looks like you've broken your leg. That was a pretty big mongoose, and you couldn't really handle its weight, so it was partially crushed. *puts a poultice comfrey roots on it* I can't unbreak it, but this will speed up its recovery, at least. And here, I'll put some cobwebs on it to bind it for the same purpose *does so*. However, you don't look like you've suffered any other damage, which is good. You're probably really tired and in a lot of pain, and you'll certainly need rest, but that's about all. Obviously, though, you shouldn't do any more fighting until your leg has healed. As for hunting... For most prey, you'd need all of your legs. However, when fishing, you only really need to use your front legs, so if you want, you can try that once you feel a bit better, if you're one of those cats who, for some strange reason, can't accept that sick and injured cats can be excused from duties sometimes. Right now, though, you need to rest. Here's a few poppy seeds. They'll take away the pain and put you to sleep. Be prepared to wake up when Swanflight gets here, though. She'll probably have other things to give you that I haven't thought of.

"Lilypaw, do I have a mentor? And am I even an apprentice? I'm so confused!!" She yowled up to the sky.
