Two years ago there was an incident in the town of Silvertoe, Colorado. A nearby nuclear plant had a malfunction, destroying the plant and causing strange abilities to spark in the young people who lived nearby. Some discovered they had enhanced physical abilities. Some discovered they could resonate with the environment around them. All discovered that their lives would never be the same again.

This is similar to a solo write/rp, but you don't have to submit character sheets. Instead, I'll post a section of story that ends in a choice with two options. Anyone who wants to can vote on which option they want the character to do. In one week, whichever option has the most votes, I will post the section in which the character chooses that option. And so on until the story ends.
