You are walking home from school in the warm spring air. The usual sounds fill the air: Birds chirping, trees rustling, etc. You suddenly here a scream coming from the left of you. You around to see...

I was wondering if anyone could give me ideas for characters in my fantasy story. It's called "Through Farland" and it's about this group of people trying to explore and map their content (called Farland). I'm having trouble with coming up with characters so can people give some ideas to me? Here's the form:

You float in a sea of darkness. Nothing is in front of you, and nothing is underneath you, and nothing is around you. It should be scary, you should be screaming, but you aren’t. You are calm, it’s peaceful here.

Uh, so, I wrote a poem... Any thoughts?

Always where I look

Down beneath the sea

Many forgotten legacies

In the great blue 

Nearest to my heart

Soon to sail south

Nowhere to be found

Only sorrow left

Tomorrow is the same day

Perfectly symmetrical

Over the next era

Gone with wind

Gone with light

Everything's the same

Right as my eyes open

Sunset comes.

Not too sure how to describe this, haha. Basically, the premise is that you write around 200 words (as close to that as possible), and then the story goes to someone else (anyone who continues), to keep it going, and they write 200 words, et cetera et cetera.

The rest of Hamilkids!
So, I decided to put the rest of the Hamilkids stories on one thread. I know I haven't been very active with Hamilkids, but that's going to change. Also, I'm going to post the first part of Primrose's story one here. Okay, so first of all, it's set in January, so a while after where I'm at. It's about James and Thomas. It's called The Field Trip. I will post it soon, though she isn't quite finished.

You walk home from a Halloween party at your school, until you come across a strange figure dressed in black. Curious, you approach him, and see that his skin is, well, deathly pale.

Suddently, he looks at you, and smiles. You gasp in horror, as you see my VERY pointy and sharp eyeteeth.

"Vell, vell, vell. Looks like I have another victim. Don't vorry, this won't hurt a bit." He says, as he leans to bite you.

SOLO WRITE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So, yeah, this is my FIRST EVER solo write, and I've actually had this idea in my head for 'bout a week now. So, without further adiu (No idea how to spell that), here it is:
