I have a guest list here, with everyone paired for rooms (indicated by the colors). Pooki and Poison should probably be separate, though, now that I think about it...

Thanks! I really appreciate that, but... Uh... I drew the blueprints and there are only six rooms fitting six guests each... ugh... I feel really bad... and silly. What kind of a hotel has six rooms?
Maybe I can say that there's another guest house nearby? Without a check-in desk and baths and eveything? That could work. I'll do that.
Also, I don't know who the murderer is, so unless we work that out we'll have to just go back and forth randomly killing people off... How about HAB?

Two buildings? I guess that could work. It might make for some... interesting days.
Are we going to have any days without murders, or just shorten the vacation length?
We can't reveal the murderer without dropping hints, which means we do need to choose, but the fact that they don't know who they are gives us some time to decide. I was working off the idea that Rose Bud killed Jwyn in my post, but I really don't know. If anyone actually does figure it out, we should have them figure it out in-lodge, too.
Hmm... Really, anyone could work. Maybe Aspen? Someone who didn't bring an AE (or whose AE got eaten), the idea of them killing off their own alter ego or Captcha pet gets to me in a way that blood and gore doesn't. And therefore not an AE or Captcha, either. I guess that leaves Cockleburr, Blue Moon, Aspen, Viola?, Tuxedo Kitten, Pooki P, Poison, Kate-the-Great, Rose Bud, MJ and Allie. Jwyn is dead along with her AEs, so not her. I'll leave it ambiguous today.

I the proprietor and I the guest are two disparate entities. Summer knows that they are the same, but she is Summer before anything else. Just think of it like identical twins, separated at birth, one brought up not knowing about the other and unable to see their face, and the other brought up knowing but not particularly caring. I can kill myself off if it doesn't work, although I'd like to be suspected as the murderer first.

I gave the key (mwha ha ha) to the murderer (or a murderer...) with a note saying something about poison. Poison had found the secret room, posted pictures of it, (not really, I did) and I encouraged the murder of the trespasser. Poison's last written words were a clue on how to find the secret room, but no one's done much talking about them yet.
(A loose tile in the baths shows a blank wall in the secet room, and there's a button on the underside of the front desk which opens a trapdoor.)

Ooh, nice! I wouldn't have thought of that.
Everyone seems to think Rose Bud is the murderer. Should we kill her off next, maybe bring things to a head, have someone shout an accusation and then be proven wrong when she dies? That would bring the true murderer closer to discovery, so they'd have to have a really good reason. Maybe if she knows something?
