Pretend for a minute that George Washington, "The Father of Our Country" was corrupt. That a mysterious person from the 3000s built a time machine and used it to carry complex weapons from the 31st century back to the 1700s for George Washington to use for his army so they could take over the world. That the same person then kidnapped you from you home in whichever time period you're from and dumped you, too, in the 1700's--and now you have to stop a world war or the past and future will never be the same again.
This is not historically accurate whatsoever, I guess, but then it wouldn't be fun!
Sooo...whatever time period you pick for your character, make sure you read your history so you don't make mistakes!
...And I guess that's it for description of this roleplay, feel free to ask questions or whatever. Only one character per time period of each country, but otherwise no limit on the number of people that can join. And no more than two charries per person.

Name: Romeo de Medici
Age: 16
Appearance: Romeo has slightly longish, shaggy golden-brown hair, with green eyes. He's kind of awkwardly tall, always rather clumsy. The only time you can count on him not to knock something over is when he's painting. His hands and clothes are constantly stained with paint. Personality: Romeo is kind of shy, but a thinker. He usually will think about something thoroughly and come up with worthwhile ideas. Romeo is a very good artist, and wants to go to an advanced school to study art. Romeo's very reliable and honest, but gets embarrassed easily...
Historical period and country: Romeo is from the Renaissance. Italy.
Backstory: Romeo was born in 1420, in Florence, Italy. He's one of the Medicis, a family of bankers that were patrons of the Renaissance.

Appearance: Alexa has curly blond hair that's almost waist-length. She usually wears it loose, sometimes in a high ponytail. She has slightly slanted blue eyes and wears a lot of makeup--but not enough to make it look awful. She likes medium shades of lipstick. Alexa usually wear skinny jeans with fashionable t-shirts.
Personality: Alexa's super bubbly and chatty and outgoing, and loves her electronics. She never parts with her phone and also has a tablet and laptop. She's fearless except when it comes to spiders or enclosed spaces. And she's a total feminist.
Historical period and country: Alexa's from 2017, America, California.
Backstory: Oh, I don't know. She doesn't have a very remarkable history.

And by devotion, I think I meant more on how frequently of posting, which you answered. I didn't mean like, dropping it though! Unless I really had to likely not tho. Like I said this seems like a cool RP.

Appearance: Short brown hair, blue eyes. Wearing a female version of a pinstripe suit.
Personality: Sassy, chaotic, sly. Has a bit of bloodlust. More calculating than she appears. Has a soft spot for girls with red hair (part of her backstory).
Historical period and country: 1920's America (NYC)
Backstory: Fell in love with Carol, a girl who lived down the block. Ran away from home when her father found out, went to NYC with nearly no money or prospects. She cheated and lied her way into one of NYC's most elite gangs, the right hand woman of One-Eye Johnny. She uses her looks and smarts to get into and out of trouble.

If you don't mind, I'd like us to write this in 3rd person. I'm really bad at writing in 1st person--and besides! Roleplays are hardly ever done in the 3rd person, it might be interesting!

Name: Seridela Murray
Age: 16
Appearance: Curly straw colored hair that she wears down, contrary to the "style" that is expected of young ladies, so the older women often frown upon her. She wears an apron over a blouse and skirt, but hides boy's trouser's underneath.
Personality: A bit of a rebel, she often strikes out on her own or goes on adventures with the boys. Her favorite passtime is reading by the old willow by the creek, which she was sad to leave when she went down the Oregon trail. She got her love of reading from a kind schoolteacher who would tutor her after school and who taught her the belief that women could do more than just the washing. This schoolteacher died from a sickness halfway down the trail.
Historical Period and Country: She's from 1843, America, when the pioneers traveled down the Oregon trail.
Backstory: She has a little sister, Kate, and her father, who is very stern and looks upon Seridela studying as 'nonsense'. Her mother died in childbirth*, and the baby, her little brother, died three days later. Her father distances himself from his daughters because they look just like her.

Name: Genevieve Kalt
Age: 17
Appearance: short, choppy reddish brownish hair, tall, thin and tan. Usually wears baggy gray pants and a button down white shirt which she tucks into the pants.
Personality: outspoken, headstrong, rebellious (somewhat), and sarcastic. Very protective of her two siblings, since her mom is currently unable to take care of them. Hates her long fancy name. Very tough and quick-witted.
Time period: 1940s, America.
Backstory: not much. her dad went to fight in the war and is missing, though he hasn't been confirmed as dead yet.
Other: Do not call her Genevieve if you value your life. She goes by Gen.
