I just had a WONDERFUL idea! I have seen TONS of different roleplays on the ChatterBox, and not ONE has had anything to do with pirates!
So now, I will make a PIRATE ROLEPLAY!!!
There will be two sides on this conflict betwixt the British colonists and the Pirates, you will be able to choose which side you are on, ultimately; because not all Pirates are friends.
This roleplay will be based in the Virgin Islands, here's a map:
Character Sheet:
Name:
Age: (Prefferibly older, like in the twenty's. {If you are a British captian or Admiral, prefferably in the forty's through sixty's})
Rough Size and Appearance: (Rough Size being height and body poportions.)
Preffered Weapon: (Such as musket, pistol, dagger, knife, sword. {Specify what kind of sword.})<- Hand-and-a-half, rapier, cutlass
Position: Such as: sailor, buccaneer, mate, captain, admiral, soldier.
Faction: What governor you serve, (If you are British.) and what captian you serve, or, if you are a British captain, what Admiral you serve. Example: Pirate, under the captian Edward Teach.
Deadline for joining: July 16th

Rough Size and Appearance: 5 foot 6. Black hair, freckles, soldier's outfit, and a three pointed hat with royal blue trim. Very scrawny and stick-like.
Preffered Weapon: Rapier
Position: Soldier
Faction: British, on the ship King Charles.
At the age of 23, Arthur joined the ship King Charles to help his large family make ends meet with his brother, Edward. (Will post Edward's charrie sheet soon.)

Rough Size and Appearance: 5'10 w/short cut black hair, his eyes are very dark brown, clean shaven with a small goatee at the bottom of his chin. Weighs about 145 lbs, a pretty muscular guy. (He's also missing one of his top front teeth)
Position: First mate
Preffered Weapon: Pistol, small dagger at his belt, and an unusally long dirk.
Faction: First mate under the captain Rey 'Sharktooth' Gonzales.

Before anything, I need to add Jack's personality.
Personality: Jackal is somewhat arrogant. He keeps to the shadows, known among the deckhands more commonly as The Shadow than Jackal. He is confident in whatever he does and has an uncanny ability to predict storms, as most ship's cats do. He doesn't bond easily to people, but he's not that aggressive, either. Most people call him The Shadow or jackal, but I call him Jack.
THIS IS A TEST. DON'T FREAK OUT. I need to get a feel for Jack's character; I've never played an inhuman being surrounded by human beings.

The night-black cat crept silently in the cargo hold of the Argo. His ears were pricked forward, rotating slightly to catch every sound. And then he heard it: The slightest scuffling of paws, the softest squeak. The sour scent of rat drifted toward his nose, and he carefully tracked it to the source. Thankfully a small one--Jackal still had a scar from a rat fight two weeks ago--and it seemed unaware of the shadow creeping up on it. Jackal seized the moment, leaping onto his prey and killing it with a bite to the neck.
Warm blood flooded his mouth and his stomach growled. He hadn't eaten a meal in what seemed like forever; even a runty rat would do. He gripped the rodent in his jaws and slunk out of the cargo hold to eat.

Ooh, I like this! It should be a good RP, guys. I'm going to write in third-person-limited-omniscient POV if y'all don't mind.
