I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. My family is watching the presidential debate, and in order to remain uncontroversial in the spirit of the CB, I shall simply state that there are some Things being said. Definitely some Things.
I will post this comment, but it's about all we'll post on this topic.

My literal first thought when I woke up today was "Darkvine". I dreamed I had a pet garter snake and it was the most fantastic thing in the world and I was like huh Blink and then I suddenly thought to myself, Darkvine (btw you had a symbol too for some reason, like imagine the wings of fire logo, but dark green, and there's a leaf instead of a dragon in the middle), and that's what made me fully awake and in the real world and I realized, welp, I'm not dreaming anymore and I don't actually have a pet snake :/ :P except when I woke up I had this longing for a pet snake haha, but nope not possible

oh my gosh y'all i found another epic fan at school im so happy
also i was dressing up as matthias helvar today
and also i've seen this cool alt kid around school and complimented their hair/outfits before but today i ran into them in the hallways and they asked for my name so they could email me to get to know me better eeeee im so happy bc like someone wants to be my friend?????? what???????

also there's this one book i read in 7th grade that i recently remembered and suggested to my friend (specifcally the one who introduced me to soc. i need a code name for her dont i) so i just reread it and it's so much more chaotic then i remembered?? also lowkey kinda relatable now... also i sent a couple screenshots of it (its a graphic novel) to my friend and she was like "lowkey kinda in love with bisexual lady but i havent even read the book --_--" and tbh mood bc when i read it before i remember falling in love with like half the characters

I wrote some dialogue between two characters the other day. Here's some of it (note: this takes place in a Minecraft live-action series I wanna have sometime):
T: Hey, R, are you missing Ranbun (R's pet rabbit in Minecraft) by any chance?
R: Actually, yes. I can't find him anywhere!
T: Well, he's in my pantry. And it looks like he got into my carrot chest again.
R: Why does he always go to your house for carrots when I have a perfectly good amount of freshly farmed carrots back at my house?!
T: No idea. You better come and get him before he eats my entire supply.
R: Uh, hello?! It's raining! Endermen and water don't mix (R's half-Enderman)!
T: You DO remember that you have an umbrella right?
R: Ohh, yeah, I forgot. Where did I put it??
T: If I remember correctly, it's in your hallway closet.
R: I'm looking right now... yep, it's here! I'll be over at your place in a little bit. Can you do a favor for me?
T: Sure. What's up?
R: Make sure Ranbun doesn't eat any golden carrots; last time that happened he was out of sorts for a day and a half.
T: Is he allergic to gold?
R: I think so; haven't confirmed it yet but I'm pretty sure he is. Either that or it's because he ate over than three stacks in less than twenty minutes (three stacks in Minecraft is 192 items).
T: Did you forget to feed him that day?
R: No, I guess he just wanted to see how many he could eat before I caught him.
T: Oooook then. I'll see you in a little bit.
R: Ok.

Just found out that one of my favorite illustrators (Trina Schart Hyman) did cover illustrations for Cricket back in the day, wow!
Trina Schart Hyman was Cricket magazine's first art director! She drew many beautiful Cricket covers, including for the first ever issue of Cricket. - Admin
