I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. I just discovered the world of Strangereal/Ace Combat, which is cool beyond words. I'm currently trying to do a sketch of the Arsenal Bird Justice in a blueprint-resembling fashion but it really isn't turning out too well. I might post a picture when I get it right.

So, yesterday I joined this mineral website that's funded by a university because I needed help identifying a slab of a rock. And so when I posted the picture of the rock, there were some questions, and one about if it could scratch glass, and I don't have glass lying around that I want to mark up, okay? So of course I put "unable to test." And this person responded, and it's not like they said anything mean or weird, it's just they could have phrased it in a way that didn't seem pointed. Basically they lacked basic manners and don't understand that people take stuff seriously. So I looked around this site and observed that most people on it also happen to lack basic manners, and they also don't like people with new aged/mystical/superstitious beliefs about rocks and crystals. And I happen to have them. But I also happen to love science too. So I was like, "I have to leave this now" you know when you get that sick feeling in your stomach? And it turns out that you can't delete your account, you have to ask the founder, who happens to be one of those people who lack basic manners. It's not like they know I have beliefs other then science, it's just that I don't want to be dealing with people like that. So I asked them and didn't even wait for an answer, I cleared my history of that website. And I am so glad I did. I feel so much better, now that I'm not worried that someone's going to badmouth me because of what I like. I am SO glad that CB is a website where everyone accepts everyone and people have basic manners and aren't just going around saying how everyone who isn't like them is stupid. Thank you to all the CBers and Admins for being such wonderful people!!
