I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

I LOVE THAT SONG SO MUCH OH MY GOSH~
It's on a CD my mom has (the Putumayo Greek one), and it's just so gorgeous!! It seems so mystical and yearning and yet comforting. It's one of the masterpieces of music, I think.

Can I just say that I'm honestly really scared about the state of America, the world, and humanity, and how I feel like we're just going downhill?
Hopefully that wasn't too political, I just really really wish people could be kinder to others and the earth... I know I sound like a hippie in a way, but honestly? I agree with them. Peace and love is what we need just in general... *sighs sadly/wistfully*

You're so so right. I don't think it's a very hippie sentiment (and if it is, hey, who cares lol), I think people have been feeling that way since time immemorial. It's why Christianity came along, for one thing. And yeah, peace and love is all we need. It's amazing how simple it is.
Lots of good things are happening, though! I might make a thread about that later when I have time...

I'd say Jesus was hippie as all get out, at least for the time period he lived in, and considering that he came to end death and set the captives free, i think being a hippie can't be that bad.

hey, this is so random, but I was wondering if there is anyone who is still on here who would remember me? I randomly ran into the account of one of my old friends from here on a social media site and remembered that this place existed - its like a precious timecapsule of the pandemic and four years ago for me! Anyway, I see a couple familiar names, was just wondering! Hope everyones well!

hi! oh my gosh, i remember that picturing! It was back when your name was still doodle girl, right, and it was a watercolor (or it looked like it, I wouldn't know lol). I was so impressed by that, I think I still have it saved on my laptop!
I'm good these days, just trying to get to the end of the school year. I also get my driving licenses in a bit more than a week, so that's exciting - wbu?
Oh, also, there is a street in my neighborhood that is named Azalea, and whenever I would drive down it I would always be reminded of you! sorry if that's weird lol but I always thought it was a funny coincidence!
