Ahem. Hello. My name doth be Jaybells. Also known as Jayde. Also Jay.

Um... I like to read and write and art and sing and listen and watch and that sounds weird but definitely isn't. I go by they/them or any non-binary pronouns (I tend to use xe/xyr(s) for myself if 'anything gender neutral' feels like too many options). I've got a lot of issues but that can also make it easier to feel for others, and I'd like to say I'm empathetic, perhaps overly so at times. I have way too many AEs. I think I'm somewhere between 19 and 21 active AEs right now... Also everyone here thinks I'm old, so I guess I'm an old CBer. (It has definitely been at least half a decade since I started posting on here with my friend Jwyn, so that is a fair assessment). I am extremely queer and on here I'd say I tend to shine bipolar beams of glory everywhere, that is to say I'm usually in the depths of dispair or on top of the world (don't worry, I take my meds).

Hmm. Pacifist, anti-natalist (only half-joking there), activist, poet, artist, neurodivergent, aspiring-scientist... What else, the local crazy cat person...? I don't know, I like to discuss things in probably way too much in depth and love world-building to what others may consider an unhealthy degree. Debate is fun. Instruments are fun. Sports are fun. Sometimes. Friends are nice when you have them. I like nature. And art. And games. And theatre. And podcasts. And languages. By the way, I'm pretty sure I'm more complicated and un-straightforward than anyone has the right to be.

Oh yeah, and I'm lost. Always lost. Lost in the Universe, if you will.

I'm Moon Wolf, she/her. I've been around here for around 8 months, and this is going to be my first CB reunion haha. I love wolves and the moon (as can be seen from my CB name), and ofc reading and writing, especially poetry. I have 7 AEs (currently) and also a fellow Kyngdomer. I have written one ski lodge so far, and some poems. Let's see...I play the piano (though not advanced yet), just started badminton recently, love nature, and yeah :) I'm quite excited

I have 9 AEs, and love interacting with them on here. I love how supportive the CB is, and I'm glad I was introduced to the LGBTQIAP+ communtity this way (before I joined I had no idea of any of this stuff, but I'm so happy I found it in a way were nobody cares and accepts all)

I love drawing and modeling with clay, especially fruits. My favorite things to do in my free time are reading and the CB. This is my first year of middle school. I love classical music and I have been playing violin for 7 years. I’m living in Ticino, Switzerland and speak Italian outside my home. I love building and designing things with clay and in Minecraft. I snowboard. I have no AEs. Aardvarks are awesome.

I've been here for a year and a bit, though I think I somehow managed to never participate in the last CB reunion? *gasp* I've also been contributing to a revival of Kyngdom, though I should really do that more. I have five AEs as of right now, and two hedgehog captchas. Anyway, I'll be glad to see all you older CBers coming back! Reunions are always so nice :)

Hey guys! I'm Poinsettia, or Setti, she/her, a current CBer, and I joined in September 2022. You might recognize me from the last CB Reunion? I think I was active there a bit. I've gotten a little less active lately than I was last February, but I'm still seen often on here :)

Anyway! I'm a writer, reader, poet, lover of horses, and activist. You can usually find me talking about the state of the world, going for hikes, trying to write, and listening to music. I'm actually listening to "Hallelujah in My Heart" by Carlene Carter as I write this. I especially like country, folk, rock, and ethnic (I think that's what it's called?) but I'm good with pretty much any style! As for books, I like light fantasy (I'll run a mile from any dark fantasy lol), humor (like the Bagthorpe Saga series), and romance or romcoms. And I love watching movies :) I'm enthusiastic, creative, and friendly. I also care a lot about other people, as well as the world in general - climate change is one of my biggest concerns. My other interests include history, current events, and fashion. And I'm Mexican-American (or possibly American-Mexican? It all gets scrambled in there :) ), and I deeply love both the US and Mexico, as both countries are my home and have given me so much in terms of culture and beautiful homelands, very much defining who I am.

And I'm very excited for the reunion! I've been thinking about it all February. Idk, I think my favorite thing about it is just seeing everyone be reunited and catch up on things; it feels like a family reunion, almost. Plus, this year, a lot of CBers that were around when I joined, seem to have left, so I hope to see them again - I missed you all!!

what's up, y'all :D I'm Hex, any pronouns [still kinda figuring that out :/ but for now whatever's fine]. I've been on the CB for two years and a bit, but I don't think I was very active at the last CB reunion. I love any sci-fi and fantasy—To Say Nothing of the Dog and The Rook are two favorites but I love all the classics sci-fi well. I play soccer and do a lot of science and robotics and general STEM stuff. no AEs currently, although I've had some *very* uncreative ones in the past...

I'm excited to see a bunch of older CBers that I will probably awkwardly recognize much more then they (or you!?) will recognize me... yes social skills I definitely have those *ahem*... but I digress :)

HI EVERYONE!!!!

I know the actual reunion isn't until tomorrow but I had it in my calendar and it just popped up and I got really excited so I'm posting early (I'll definitely be around tomorrow though and maybe even longer please interact with me I would love to talk to you!!). My name is Luminescence or Lumi (she/her) and I was an active CBer from April 2020 to around early 2022 I think?? I never really left, I kind of just faded away into nothingness by accident (I'm so sorry to all the RPs I was in ahh). Anyways this place has meant a lot to me over the years (ie, being the main part of my social interaction in 2020-2021). I haven't been writing much recently (just the occasional poetry) and I'm a choir kid all the way through. Currently planning on starting an a cappella club next year (I'll be in 10th grade) because my school doesn't have one which I have much lamented, if I can you know. find the motivation to actually arrange some songs (just started my first one so I haven't had time to burn out yet). I love boygenius, Hozier, and am currently on a Lord Huron kick. Some of my favorite books/series are Six of Crows, the Raven Cycle, and the Song of Achilles. I have a lot of strong opinions on Keeper of the Lost Cities. I'm also a budding theatre kid maybe? I'm not sure. I was in my school's musical this year in the ensemble (Matilda the Musical!!) and it was actually so fun and I would totally love to do it again but I'm not sure that I fully qualify as a theatre kid yet because that's pretty much all I have going for me.

Most of my better CB friends have left but here's some things for the people I used to talk to most regularly (or I guess had the biggest impact on me lol):

dreamii if you're out there I MISS YOU YOU'RE ACTUALLY SO AMAZING; Bakerloo & Sybill & Kitten you continue to be role models for me even though I haven't interacted with you in probably years if we don't count last reunion, and the fact that I'm closer to the age you were when I knew you to the age I was when I knew you actually blows my mind and also I still think about Ellingham Manor sometimes and also Kitten you've written some seriously amazing poetry; Morning & NerdFace your ski lodge was actually one of the most amazing things I've ever read and Abcde is STILL so iconic; Majestic Mary and Azalea you were some of the nicest people ever to me and also just all-around awesome and also Aza you are still one of the best poets/visual artists I've ever met literally what even; Luna-Starr and Jaybells your poetry is . actually so beautiful I can't even; FelineFantasy/Feli I think we were writing partners for something once but even if we weren't we had some of the more interesting conversations I've had in my life; Cynthia and Em: #WeFinishedTheForestRPAndItWasAmazing. I KNOW I'm forgetting people and I'm so sorry to everybody I did forget if you respond I'm 90% sure I'll remember you) but I have met people on this site that I genuinely will never forget. You all, even the tiny interactions I had with people only once or twice, are the reason I know how to be a good person (or at least, I'm trying my best ahaha). Undeniably this place has made me better and if you were a part of it when I was part of it you made me better. and I might not think about you all every day anymore but when I do I'm actually so grateful I got to be a a part of it <333 

I'm so happy that this place is also still so similar to the CB I remember! It might have different people, different threads, and different slang (noting a suspicious lack of "XD"s .... or am I just not looking hard enough?) but it still has the same positive, creative energy it did when I was on. PS: *SO* glad the poetry threads didn't die I was pretty worried about them for a second there. 

Anyways this place holds so many good memories for me and I am so excited to see old CBers signing on (manifesting dreamii will appear I literally haven't seen you in multiple years) and the new CBers I haven't met! I will maybe tear up a little bit about it tomorrow (in a good way). Lots and lots of love <333 you are so amazing and so worth it.
