I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

I GOT A PENTATONIX CD WITH "CAROL OF THE BELLS" ON IT SQUEEE!!!
I also got a Chris Pratt-themed poster, two signed posters (one's signed by my fave online personality, and the other one is signed by him AND THREE OTHER ONLINE PERSONALITIES), 2 Star-Lord shirts, some make-up, Rio 2, The Super Mario Bros. Movie, 2 canvases, a super soft purple robe (I'm wearin' it right now), a thumb drive (do people still call them that???), and so many other things!!!
I forgot to say this the other day, so Merry (late) Christmas!!!

I was just unwrapping the Christmas gifts from my grandparents and it turns out that my grandmother gave me this BEAUTIFUL necklace - it has a thin silvery chain and the most gorgeous little rectangular green stone. I don't even know how to describe that shade of green, it's sort of jade-green but a little bit greener, not quite so blue, and it's just so stunning and I currently feel very happy :)

Merry Christmas to everyone who celebrates! I'm starting to feel a little better and was able to unwrap my presents and see family yesterday. What did everyone get? I got my first phone! I also got new tea and a mug, a video game I've been wanting, some books, hair care, a card game, makeup, a purse, and some sweaters (including a super cool Boygenius sweater and a Van Gogh one)! I got really nice gifts!! Tomorrow I will get some more because we're going to see my cousins, aunt, and uncle.

Ooh, those presents sound super cool! I got a cute bird-themed calendar, a day-to-day art-themed desk calendar from the Metropolitan Museum, the necklace I mentioned above (which is still making me happy lol :))) ), a bracelet from the same grandmother who gave me the necklace, a handmade book of illuminated quotes, a CD, a really pretty turquiose wrap top I've been wanting for a while, and a set of colored pens :) The best present was getting to spend time with friends and family, though.

I got some books (yay! Heros of Olympus, Five Kingdoms and the Rise of the School for good and evil) and so VERY warm slippers (my feet are always cold) and some BTS t-shirts (We Don't Need Permission To Dance and Smooth Like Butter) and a Love Yourself sweatshirt!

Merry Christmas to everyone who celebrates! :D I got some pretty nice gifts: a few notebooks and hand lettering stuff, mushroom identification flashcards from the New York Botanical Gardens, an Over the Garden Wall sweater, and a few gift cards to various places! And my grandpa and aunt are coming over later this week, so I'll probably get some more gifts then :] My sister and I also somehow managed to finish the short story we were writing for our parents at like ten p.m. on the 24th, but hey, we finished it!
Also, I'm so sorry I haven't been very active lately! Winter break is has just been so much cleaning and socializing and homework and regretting those Czech dumplings my dad made for Christmas dinner (it's just bread. stuffed with more bread. it's literally just bread squared. I can't eat regular bread without feeling awful for three days afterwards, so W H Y did I think I could get away with eating that bread²?? i still feel sick) so I've had no time to come on the CB, but I'll try to post all of my replies and RP posts and everything next chance I get :]

Lately I keep having these dreams where it's like a car crash, or falling of a cliff, or something like that. First I have this sinking feeling in my chest and it feels like I jump, than I wake up just as the car crashes, or as I hit the ground after falling off the cliff, or whatever else. Has anyone else ever had this??

I remember having a dream of falling off a bridge i was walking on, free-falling, and woke up right before hitting the ground

Literally same, except it wasn't a bridge. It happens to me a lot - I feel like I'm falling, then I land and find myself in bed :/

I used to have those dreams, but they stopped a long time ago. Whenever I fall, I start to fly. I don't go down anymore.
Falling in a dream often symbolizes loss of control over a certain situation, or anxiety. Feeling insecure, inadequate, unstable, inferior, overwhelmed and out of control also are associated with falling in dreams.
