I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

Do you guys think Nimona would be cool to read with family then watch? And @Sine, sry summer camp is terrible! Mine is kinda too (tho I don't know what kind of terrible yours is, mine we have to do lots of exercise in the hot hot sun tho I got to skip it today so yay! Also I have to (2 camps) perform this role (theater) that I rly don't like bc it basically symbolizes everything I stand against and all I do even tho I'm the main character is act all in love with this other, male character, and I can't even be the hero of my own story, I'm just a very helpless damsel in distress waiting for the handsome men to save me. Ugh. But if you want to talk about the camp, I find that that helps me not find it so terrible, so you can complain/rant if you want!)

It's not what we have to do. It's the KIDS! They're really rude, annoying, disruptive, violent, loud, chaotic, and completely not understanding of what I have to go through. Fortunately my mom has canceled the camp but now I don't have anything to distract me from the fact that I still have to wait 5 whole days for my assessment :=(

yesss i love newsies! i've seen it 12 times (two high school productions and 10 times on disney+) and i was in newsies jr. back in november. it's hard to choose one favorite song! once and for all and king of new york are probably my top two, but i also love watch what happens, watch what happens reprise, and the world will know. i've actually used watch what happens as an audition song a few times. i hope you like the other songs too!

@Sine, oof, sorry bout that! But good thing your mom canceled it! That sounds horrible. And... well, first of all, good luck on your assessment, and also, maybe you can read a book if you like reading for distraction! Or play games/listen to music/memorize something (facts, words, quotes, songs, whatever.)/make something up (write a book, draw, I'm writing a musical rn!)!
@Pangolin, that also sounds terrible too! And rock climbing... woah... you must be rly strong. Sorry about your arms! :(
Which reminds me, I heard of some ppl doing PE for summer? As in, 8-1:30 running laps and sprints around the track each day so they don't have to do PE for the school year. Just thought that was interesting (but sounds TIRING too!), is anyone doing that?

nope, I'm homeschooled (we used to be homeschooled through a public school that recieves gov. funding but we seperated from the public school and are becoming a private school), so my mom (and me) is the one who chooses which classes I take (as long as I complete high school requirements of CA) so PE doesn't really apply. Fun fact; This next year, I was going to be forced to take the 5th grade physical assessment, (which actually counts toward my grade?) but I skipped over it (I'm in 7th) oh and since I'm now private schooled I probably don't want to take it.

No, my high school doesn't let incoming 9th graders do summer PE. I'll do it next year, though, maybe.
