I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. the whole thing sounds so fun!! The movies and the games and the socializing. Yes, and the boxes. Plus then we could go to the same school and be friends irl and why am I not actually thereeeeee

Yay boxes!!!!!! I love helping with those kind of things. So yeah, that's definitely not weird. (Or maybe it is, because I'm pretty sure I am...slightly eccentric...)

today at the beach there were some giant waves in the ocean and one time i had water in my eyes so they were closed so i didn't see one and it hit me and i got water in my nose and flipped over twice i think. not a great experience, but at least it's a fun story to tell :)

powerful waves are very fun. when I went to Florida, the waves were only about up to my waist but it was a constant battle to stay standing :)

aaahh I used a verb that I didn't know was irregular (because we hadn't learned it in class) on my Spanish final. -_- I don't know if I'll get points off for it but I sure do feel dumb :D

Irregular verbs are so hard T_T some of the tenses in Spanish have so many irregular verbs that the irregulars have RULES that you have to memorize. I am not a fan.

I really dislike Spanish irregular verbs too, and I don't know them very well... which is inconvenient when I'm trying to talk with my grandparents and some of my other family members :/

as you may know i am at the beach with family and my aunt brought paint and tony flower pots and i painted three. one was a sunset over the ocean, one was the blood moon during botw/totk (and i failed horribly when painting the moblin and bokoblin lol) and one was hyrule field in botw/totk and it had hyrule castle in the distance and a chuchu and a lot ok and i love it

My brother and I are constantly caught up in an argument about whether or not infinity is a number (I am trying to write a GEOMETRIC TWO-COLUMN PROOF that it is). Here is a text exchange regarding my proof, where Sine is me and A is my brother (though that isn't his real name):
Sine: (pdf file of proof) The given is kind of obvious... right? I mean, you can't say infinity is a function
A: My only objection is that just because infinity can be used in a function, doesn't make it a number
Sine: You mean it can't be used as a function
Sine: If a function can be performed on infinity, it must be either a function or a number to get an actual result. So, because it is not a function, it must be a number to get a result with it as the argument
A: I mean it can have functions performed on it, but that doesn't make it a number
A: In my opinion, infinity falls into its own category of mathematical concepts
Sine: Which?
Sine: You could say the same thing about complex numbers. I'd prefer to say in their own category of numbers
A: A category called infinity
Sine: Right, but the proof makes it a type of number. You couldn't perform a(x) on your concept called "dog"
Sine: But I got a clear cut result on infinity
(One day later)
Sine: (pdf file of new proof) I have a second infinity-is-a-number proof
Sine: I'm playing a bit fast and loose with limits, tell me if there are any inconsistencies
