I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

Oh yes, I love Periwinkle's ski lodge! I completely agree -- the writing, plot, and characters are all fantastic. I'm thinking about making a ski lodge guide or something, with links and ski lodge recommendations, so I wanted to know what people's favorites are. But yeah Periwinkle's really is wonderful!

There's the classics (TON's) which I never really got into much. I tried Lake Leililo and The Farm Story by Micearenice which are super fun but very long so I don't think I ever made it through all the way.
Then there's Magicae Palace, which just might be my favorite. It's so fun and creative and I should probably give it a reread. Luna-Starr's other work, like the Ski Lodge Story and the Treehouse Mystery, are both very good as well.
The main competetor for favorite completed old-ish ski lodge is Ryokan Suzaran which is by Viola? and Alizarine. It's a lot shorter than MP, but I love the writing style and it's so fun to read!
Golden Palace Hotel is really good and I really hope it gets completed at some point (it's been a few years since the last update). Also, the Quendor Express is an unconventional and strange (in a good way) read.

Have you read the Island Pardise Resort??! It's unfortunately unfinished but UTTERLY AMAZING. (It also distracted me from finishing my homework but lEt'S nOt tAlK aBoUt ThAt...)

Oh yes, I remember that one! I remember reading it, or most of it. The tone was so light and fun and it really enjoyed it!! (The link works btw)

SO I"M NOT THE ONLY ONE WITH A SKI LODGE DOC--
yeah, I totally understand about Lake Lelillo and The Farm Story -- they are long, but ONE DAY i will finish reading them. I do like TON's -- they are difficult to get into, but they're pretty funny.
yesss Magicae Palace is excellent! I love all of Luna-Starr's ski lodges too! :D
Ryokan Suzaran is great too! I recently reread it, so it's probably my favorite just because it's so fresh in my memory.
I've never read Golden Palace Hotel or the Quendor Express, though I've been meaning to. I'll probably read a ton of ski lodges over the summer, I don't have much going on.

And I liked the Fictionalist one but I can't remember if it was ever finished—or at least, if I ever finished it...

Okay, so everyone else is saying Peri's (which I compleatly agree with, btw), but I also really like Artemis's from a while back. I don't remember what it's called, but I loved it!! It's the only ski lodge I've ever read that actually finished. I also enjoy reading Camp Juniper, if anyone remembers that one.

so according to the Nutrition Facts on the multivitamins jar I have, one gummy will give you 0 g of sodium, but 2 gummies will give you 5 g. Seriously, wouldn't you think the people who draw up the Nutrition Facts charts could do math??
