Okay, can I just say that daylight savings are actually a terrifying concept?
Especially for someone like me who has "episodes" that mess with my perception of reality. Like, it's hard enough for me to keep myself alive and functioning as a human without these weird moments where I don't know what time or day it is, and everything is moving weirdly and just feels really "off" and surreal and wobblyish and I kinda have to panic and am left scambling over whether or not I took my meds and I'm in the process of slipping into a full-fledged episode, or wondering I'd they just don't work anymore and that's why this is happening, or worrying that I'm just overreacting and nothing's even wrong, I'm just being mildly paranoid since everything is going to well and-
Yeah, so, I really wish daylight saving didn't exist. It's really disorienting and plain worrisome.

*hugs if you want them* I hope you're okay. That sounds horrible. I'll be honest, I don't really know what to say that will help, especially since I don't know exactly what you're dealing with (and that's fine! You don't have to say), but if there's anything I can do to help I will.
