I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. Any random thought you have, any random thing that happens to you, any random question that pops into your mind. Have fun, and don’t be afraid to be random.

I agree with your first paragraph. And it does look satisfying.
But I'm gonna ignore the rest of that because it's probably true and it makes me feel grumpy that I'm annoyed at something that is a perfectly good something. So. I am in denial and proud of it and you can't stop me (:

I should have restated that.
My personal belief is that annotating is evil and should not exist—when it is for school and you're being forced to annotate for random things you're not really interested in on a long article, even if annotating is a thing of beauty and really satisfying when you're done.
