I wasn’t really sure what to call this thread, but I’ve had this idea floating around in my head for awhile now. Basically, anyone can post anything here. The other day something weird happened.
We had just finished lunch and there was this HUGE BOOM. It sounded like an explosion or a meteor hitting the earth or thuder! I jumped up and the house rattled and rattled. We checked the internet but there wasn't any earthquakes or smoke or meteors. It remains a mystery! Do you guys have any thoughts on what it may have been?

Aliens came in a giant spaceship shaped like a banana and they tried to make a nice landing but your house got in the way so they crashed, narrowly missing your home, and then they were scared so they turned their ship invisible so as not to be seen.

It could have been a natural gas explosion. Or perhaps your neighbor had their boom box speakers turned up top volume?

Update on my friendish that I mentioned before
I got him to stop acting like beating people up was a good thing but until today I couldn't find the right time to talk about the other thing (using the word gay as an insult)
Today on the bus I wrote a note saying "stop using the word gay as an insult, it's not. It's just a way to describe a person" and tossed it back to him (he sits in the seat behind me) and he said "what it's just a joke" and threw the note back to me.
So I said "it might be a joke to you but not to other people" and he didn't say anything else so we'll see how it goes

My location is inspired by something hat happened in my D&d campaign (We met a character who was basically a medieval darth Vader but he's actually two immortal cats in a suit of armor XD)
