Compliment thread
These have been dead for a while because a lot of people were feeling left out, but I miss the kind of positivity it spread and I know I'm not the only one. However, I don't want to ignore why they got abandoned in the first place; so I'll be going back to an old rule I made in a Compliment thread a few years ago. When you post a comment, you must compliment someone who hasn't received a compliment yet. For example, if CBers 1-7 had already received compliments, I could compliment as many of them as I wanted, but I would also have to compliment one of the other CBers.
The purpose of compliment threads was never to make some people feel better while putting others down. We don't want people to feel left out; it doesn't happen on purpose when it comes to these threads. You are not selfish for wanting compliments or overdramatic for feeling forgotten. It's tough to give sincere compliments to people who rarely post, or are very new and we haven't gotten to know yet. Sometimes things like that can't be helped- I'm not saying that you should be more active if you're already very busy and stressed. And if you're new, then you're new! We can't wait to get to know you, it just takes a bit of time. There is always the old trick where if you come and compliment some people, you'll usually get compliments in return. Comments like "I haven't gotten any compliments, I guess everyone hates me" or "PLEASE COMPLIMENT ME!!" are neither efficient nor appreciated, especially if you do so anonymously.
I'd also like to add that good compliments come in all shapes and sizes. Being one sentence long doesn't make a compliment a "bad" one, just a short one. It only matters that you're sincere about it.

Luna-Starr - Such an amazing reboot it is now part of your compliment! You are just so... kind. I'm literally not joking at all when I say that when I'm typing something out on the CB, I always think 'Would Luna say this?' For real.
Quill - Ok so your an other CB big sibling for me. Like I don't really know you super well, but your vibe is just so nice and warm but also mystirous... automatically makes me think of a big sibling.

Jade J. You're one of the people I always kind of looked up to, and also just wanted to know better. As opposed to some CBers who seem like inspiring older siblings, you seemed like a very cool classmate. That's a weird compliment but whatever XD also, I feel like I say this to everyone but I also love your name. It makes me think of emeralds and jade (obviously lol) and beautiful leaves :)
