So this thread is about what you're going to be for Halloween and DIY tips for costumes, face painting, etc.
I'm going to be a pokemon this year and my friend will be a pokemon ball! I think it would be cool to be poochyena! But it would be WAYYYY too hard so I'm thinking an evee evolution or pikachu!
So...what are you waiting for? POST!

I'm going to be the 11th Doctor! The years before I've had some really elaborate costumes (Cerberus and Anubis, specifically) so I'm a) looking forward to having something a bit more homemade and b) looking forward to not wearing a large heavy mask. I'm thinking of parting my hair to one side and throwing it over my head (with gel and bobby pins). We'd have to order a fez, we've got some good suspenders and a clip-on bowtie, and the rest is pretty easy to find-- trenchcoat, I already have a button-up shirt, and then some pants.
That's kind of ramble-y and boring but I'm very excited about it.

I'd like to dress up possibly, but my mom doesn't let me go trick-or-treating door to door ("just one second is all it takes for someone to grab you blah blah blah")
She also doesn't like full-body masks, costumes, or make-up. I have gone trick-or-treating at our zoo before, but I always have to go as a princess in a dress....
Two years ago I went as a black cat, doning a grey jaguar-print jogging suit, a fuzzy cat-ear headband, a tail, and a thing that went around my face with whiskers and a pink nose.
For costume ideas, I suggest looking somewhere like Pinterest. It has lots of ideas for that sort of stuff.

I just finished the Artemis Fowl series last month! I think Foaly was my favorite character, but I like Holly, too.

I'd like to be Eliza, from Hamilton, and I may possibly partner up with two other Hamilfans to be the Schuyler Sisters, but I have found a dress that looks similar enough to Eliza's that isn't carzy expensive...

OK yeah I know, it sound really bad but here's a description~
Large floppy hat, black mask(maybe I'll put feathers and glitter on it) black scarf over mouth, overcoat(whatever color I find) and big black boots!!!!!! Maybe I'll fit in a sword as well.....

Last year, my costume was a floor-length black cloak with an all-black outfit unerneath, so... yours sounds way better.
