I woke up in a strange bed, and for a second I didn't know where I was, but then I remembered that I was in Hogwarts. I made my way down to the great hall where Emily was already sitting. I grogily pulled a bowl of oatmeal twards me and started eating.

"Here" she said and she handed me my schedule.

I looked at it. I had double charms first thing. I finished eating and we headed off.

Sam-

James got up and I followed him. "James, what just happened?" I asked. He looked straight at me and said, "I don't know, Sam." I crossed my arms. "Let's go talk to Albus then." He didn't look too happy about that idea, but I didn't give him much choice. I grabbed his arm and dragged him back. "Albus, hi. My name's Sam, and James and I want to ask you a question." Albus seemed to know that James did not want to be here. "Is she your girlfriend?" he asked. I laughed so loud, James blushed bright red. "Gosh no way!" I laughed even harder. James punched my arm. "The point," he muttered, teeth clenched. "Right, right," I giggled. "So, ech erm, what happened with the hat?" I asked. He looked uncomfortable. "I don't know," he said. "I'm going to ask the hat then. James, you comin'?" I asked. He nodded.

Emily-

Ava and I walked into the great hall to see Sam and James talking to Albus. He obviously didn't give them what they wanted, 'cause Sam asked James if he was coming and he followed her to the hat. "What do you make of that?" I asked Ava.
