I saw the other roleplay was getting decidedly confused, and I didn't want to join this late in the story. Does anyone want to start a new roleplay? If you're intrested, please say so!

Appearance- Longish brown hair, glasses, 5'3"
Wand- beech, unicorn hair
Age-3rd year, 13
Extracurricular-Charms Club, cross-country flying
Other- nothing in particular

I thought Regulas was older than Sirius? *Is control freak too* He can also be in 7th year, I guess. Anyway...
Noel watched as a strange girl sat down beside her. "Hello," Noel said. "My name's Noel. What's yours?"
"Cara Appledore," said the girl. "I'm in 3rd year, but I've never seen you before. You must be in first year."
"Yes, I am. What is Hogwarts like?" Cara proceeded to explain various aspects of it.
Meanwhile, Lily and Severus went to find a new compartment after James' rudeness (see DH, pgs 671-672 for details).
Sorry, this is really short. And we still need James, Sirius, and Lupin.

I'm so sorry! That thing on the train with Lily, Snape, and James was in first year, not 5th! *facepalm* Forget all about it please. And what house is Cara in? Does Umbridge have a cat?

Just then a big burly girl named Grendle walked into Cara's train room compartment thingie. " All you babies move over! All the other compartments are taken. If you give me your candy money I just might go easy on you" She cracked her knuckles.

"Whoa, whoa, whoa." said a girl. "I don't even know who you are! I'm Sara Peterson," she added to Cara. "And who do think you're calling a baby?!" the cat in Sara's lap meowed crossly.

"I didn't bring any," Noel said. "Because i didn't have to. My mum's the witch who sells the candy, so I get it for free. If you don't move out of this compartment right now, I'll tell her not to give you any. Goodbye."

Just then, a bossy-looking girl with curled, mouse-brown hair pushed her way into the compartment, clearing her throat pompously. "Is there trouble in here? I can tell a prefect, you know!"
Noel stared. "Who are you? ...Where did you get that sweater?"
The girl sniffed. "Dolores Jane Umbridge." She gave Noel a critical glance. "Not that it's any of your business."
Cara coughed. "I like yuor outfit." She and Noel excanged smirks.
Dolores stared at them for a few minutes like one might uprise a spider in the shower, and then sniffed aain, turned on her heel, and left the compartment.

I find it interesting that your HP Roleplay character is named J. Rowling... I was looking through DH, and I saw that there was a girl named Mary MacDonald at this time, in the Marauders' year. She was probably Muggle-born from the way people talked about her. I also saw that there were 2 boys whose last names were Avery and Mulciber.. They were in Slytherin, and later became Death Eaters.

Appearance: Waist-length black hair, grey eyes, pale white skin and long fingers.
Attitude: Very quiet and intelligent, with little sense of right and wrong, but nice if you can get on her good side. Quite strong and very skilled fighter, so enemies beware.
House: Slytherin
Wand: Ebony and dragon heartstring
Age: 15, fifth year
Extracurricular: Advanced Potion Making, Future Owl Trainers' Society, Troll Whisperer
