Chatterbox: Blab About Books

Book Suggestions
Iv'e noticed lately...

Iv'e noticed lately that every thread I post on, I unconciously try to turn it into a book reccomending thread. Embarassed

@balletandbow, sorry about the commment on the would you rather thread.

So I thought  I would get it all out now and make a book recommendation thread.Smile Here's what I think would happen:

CBer 1: I'm reading whatever book by whatever writer, if you remember. It's whatever genre.

CBer 2: Comments on book. I think you might like whatever book by whatever author, if you remember.

FEEL FREE TO TALK OR DEBATE ABOUT THE BOOK, JUST TRY TO KEEP THE SUGGESTIONS GOING.

Hope this is fun!

Oh my gosh I love Escape From Mr. Lemoncello's Library! The other books are amazing also. Another great book is The Phantom Tollbooth!

@ Floboe, I've read The Phantom Tollbooth like five times! Have you read Mr. Lemoncello's Library Olympics or The Island of Dr. Libris?

The Wingfeather Saga. YOU MUST READ IT!!! It's so good, it's a four book adventure/ fantasy series by Andrew Peterson. I read all four books in a month or so. (They're pretty long, too) if you like The Chronicals of Narnia, you will like this. Same for LOTR. It's so exiting, I could barely put it down. After I read the first one from the library (I am eternally grateful to my mother for that) I got the rest of the series on my iPad via kindle app, and read it constantly. It's my personal favorite series. I've read it twice now, own the books digitally and physically (the entire series was on the top of my Christmas list last year) and I'm exited for the animated series! Oh, wow, that was long. Ok then. It's probably going to be better than anything you've ever read. The first chapter seems a little dark and scary at first, then the next to chapters are a little slow, but the exitment begins after that. So if you can get yourself to read past the first chapter, you'll thank yourself later. It does end sadly, though. Sorry I took up so much space to say all that, but I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a good book to read.

I will not say I have read a ton of these books because a ton is a unit of weight. Anyways I have read lots of these books. I recommend the Map to Everywhere series.
