Harry Potter Rant: Haters
Who else hates...
Who else hates Harry Potter? Please say someone does. I can't go through life thinking that I'm the only one that thinks the poor characterization, unnecessary filler text and boring, predictable plot lines. I'll say more, but I want to make sure that nobody will be super offended.

So, I love Harry Potter.
To everyone who is saying Harry Potter has nothing to do with religion and that's good/bad or whatever, there was kind of a philosophy where Dumbledore was Death. I read it in an article somewhere, but I don't remember much. Whether or not any book is religion-related, anyone can read it.
I always loved the twist in the final two books with the Horcruxes, and marveled at how it all fit together. I mean, how could J. K. Rowling plan all this from the start?
I never finished Narnia, it got boring for me, but this is about Harry Potter, so I'll keep on topic.
How did J.K. Rowling plan about the diary being a Horcrux, and all this deeper stuff like the prophecy from the very beginning of the first book? I mean, you start reading book one. It seems so simple. By the time you get to the end of the seventh, your brain is exploding.

I don't think she did plan kit. And, hin hint, horcruxes= the ring. The Ring holds Sauron's soul basically. Oh, look! A horcrux. Dementors are evil things in cloaks! Hello, Nazgul.

RANT BEGINNING
CAN WE JUST STOP INSULTING EACH OTHER AND BE NICE?! THE CB IS ABOUT LAUGHTER, FUN AND WRITING! NOT INSULTING EACH OTHERS OPINIONS AND RELIGIONS AND STUFF. I love Harry Potter and Narnia and Percy Jackson, but I can understand how someone can hate them. How did we get from an argument about Harry Potter to a full-blown war about religion? I am a Christian, but it doesn't make me better than other people! Ok, that's all.
RANT END
Thank you for thaking the time to read this.

Ha, thanks Leafmist. I was just reading through this post and getting slightly more hysterical than I was before reading it. ONLY we are able to take a post asking who hates Harry Potter and turn it into a religious debate.
Aren't we talented?
Sorry for posting on a dead thread, I had to :)

I AM NOT DEAD!!!!!
(January 11, 2016 - 9:09 pm)
Yeah, we're nuts.
(January 12, 2016 - 1:28 pm)
It's a certified fact.

I used to love Harry Potter in, like, 2nd grade, but yeah, now I pretty much hate it too. It always bothered me how Harry always had to be the one that saved the day and went on the quests, and he wouldn't let anyone else get the glory just because they weren't "The Chosen One." Also, I never liked how many secrets were being kept, especially with Dumbledore. Like, they promise "no more secrets" and then BOOM! the next book is secret central. And, some people have serious anger issues... It's just pretty annoying. Blah.
RANT OVER.

Every book has its flaws! Everyone says Warriors is repetitive, it's not! Same with Harry Potter. I want to see you write a story better than J.K. Rowling.
(January 15, 2016 - 10:51 pm)
Warriors is NOT repetitive! Neither is HP!
(January 17, 2016 - 8:48 am)
I don't think that HP is repetative at all. But.. I love Warriors, but it does get a tiny bit repetative.
There is trouble in the clans.
A group of cats must save the day.
They go on a quest.
Yay! Everything is happy again!
Throughout this, please insert sibling rivalry, rouges, and forbidden love as needed.

Mmm… true. But it's still good! Even if Firestar is the generic good guy.
(January 18, 2016 - 5:31 pm)
Firestar is ok in the 1st series of 6.
After that, he gets way too mature... it's annoying and he becomes the father who is rather boring and somehow completely forgets about secret missions to solve problems and all that awesome stuff that he did.

Thank you so much! Everyone says that Warriors is repetitive! I say it's good!
(January 17, 2016 - 3:48 pm)
Harry Potter is honestly pretty repetitive. And don't ask me to show you a good piece of writers, 'cuz my imposters is kinda bad right now and everyting I do stinks.
I just don't like HP...
