I've started NaNoWriMo!!!!!  Admin can I tell them my name on there so that they can be my writing buddies?  Mine is AnimalsAre8D.  What's everybuggy else's?

Yes, so I wrote this story for English class *pulls face* and I think it's kinda weird... It'd unedited as yet and I'm just wondering if anyone has any feedback/suggestions/critique/"Omigosh ML your teacher is going to fail you you're writing so many apocalyptic/dark/evil stories."

Here's a poem I wrote called Zebra

Zebra, with your stripes of black,

or is it with your stripes of white?

will we know or will we see,

which is wrong and which is right?

Zebra one and Zebra two

you nor I can tell the difference!

With your stripes and hoofs so fast,

the lion great can't stand a chance!

Zebra with your hoofs so fast,

you run away into the night.

Will we ever know or see,

I'm doing NaNoWriMo, like bunches of other people on the CB. I'm doing the full 50k, but I've only got 4,350 words. Oh well. At least I only have 700 more words to write before tomorrow. *sigh* It's really fun! How is everyone else doing on it? I'm doing the YWP, and I'm sparrowsong, if anyone wants to buddy me. :)

NaNoWriMo - questions!?

Okay here is a few questions..

Is it like a contest in another site? Is it a contest at all? Are we judged, and given prizes, or is more of a thing that someone on cricket thought up for fun? Do you HAVE to do a novel  a month, like, what if an emergency came up? Are there any rules? Do you have to sign up through another site, or is JUST on cricket inkwell? Do you have to SIGN up in a thread, or do you just start?

-This is just a heads-up. I have become an active member of another writing forum, so I may not be on here quite as much as I will need to divide my time between the Chaterbox and that forum. YWP NaNoWriMo vs. standard NaNoWriMo

I finally decided to sign up for NaNoWriMo! After hearing everybody talk about it, it just sounded too fun to skip. Anyway, do you guys do the YWP or the standard version? Since this is my first year doing it I signed up for YWP. Now I just need to think of ideas for my story...
