Calliope~As

Calliope~

As soon as I managed to roll out of my bed, I took one look at myself in the mirror and literally shuddered.

I threw on a new CHB tee and a pair of denim shorts, sliding my feet into my favorite pair of orange Vans that matched the shirt exactly.

Magic

In the dew on a spiders web,

Or a dandelion's fuzz.

In a laugh,

A book,

A friend.

Magic is real.

You just have to open your eyes.

Bad Translator: It

Bad Translator: It may actually give you writing ideas!

Type in a phrase on bad translator, and post what is started as and what it comes out as. It's weird, but it might just give you an idea!

Original text:

"One day, I looked out my window. I could not believe my eyes! It was there. She was there. What was I going to do? It was too early...the plan would not work!"

Superhero RP?

Superhero RP?

We had one of these around here a while back and it was so fun, so I was wondering if someone wanted to do one again.  Basically, you can create a superhero and they can either be freelance or join this big network of superheroes, kind of like S.H.I.E.L.D. in Marvel comics.  For right now, let's call this network the Working Association of Superheroes Applying Powers, or WASUP.  Yes, I made the name up so the acronym would sound like 'What's up?'.

Poems and Feedback

Poems and Feedback

Hey, everybody! I was on here a lot a few years ago. And then I got busy with highschool and stuff. So, hello again! Missed this site!

So, I recently acquired a love of poetry. So, this would obviously be a good place to post it. Let's all post some cool poems here. Postive feedback or helpful critique is always nice and good! I'd love to get some help on my poems, and I'd love to read all of your great ideas, and maybe give you some feedback! I'll post some of mine soon.

Unexpected Conseq

Unexpected Consequences! (similar to Hijack a Wish)

It has been said that even the tiniest of things can trigger enormous consequences--such as, the flapping of a butterfly's wings can start a hurricane in another part of the world. That is what this thread is about--a writing game about chain of events.

The Sound Game!

The Sound Game!

THis is how you play:

One person says a sound. THe other person says that it is somthing that it couldn't possibly be and then he\she says another sound and so on.

Example

Person 1: Boop Boop!

Person 2: A cat driving a car! Ring Ring!

Get it?

I'll start.

Bawoop! Bawoop!

Pepperbowl RP

Pepperbowl RP

If you remember the ski lodge mystery, they called it the sugarbowl, so now I'm calling this the pepperbowl. Basically, you enter, but instead of making your character, I wrote them on little slips of paper and I'll take a random one to assign. Instead of being about the ski lodge, how about a summer camp?
