Hey artists, are any of you doing Inktober? If you didn't know what it is, it's basically just a challenge where you make one ink drawing every day for all of October. I'm so excited for this year, it will be my first year doing it. Here's a place to post your drawings, inspirations, etc.!

Here's a tip: I'll pull up a picture on my computer of what I want to sketch, take a picture of it, and then trace the outline of the picture. Just the outline, though, not the inside or shadowing or anything. I just want to see the proportions and get the lines right.

Cool! I usually just copy stuff freehand for practice and then do whatever I'm doing, with references out to double-check from.

*Raises hand* I own the Borg Æ! She's based off of Seven of Nine from Voyager, though. But TNG rocks!
Please tell us who you are, the agony is killing me! *Starts dying* I guess Abi knows who you are, but I don't do NaNo (sadly) so I have no way of knowing. I think. What CBers do I know that like TNG? Hm....

I thought it was you with the Borg AE! You never said she was specifically a Borg, but I kinda figured from your description and her name. And I also figured she was from Voyager, cause the Borg barely have names in TNG. (A few episodes ago was the first one about Hugh, if you remember him, and then last night I watched the one of the aftermath of Hugh-- where the Borg are scared to be individuals and are being controlled by Lore, and where Lore diables Data's ethical program and causes Data to join him in overthrowing the Federation. Have you ever seen that episode?) I prefer anonymity for the moment, as I'm kinda shy about my work and I will be posting more. But if you think about my drawing, I think it may become pretty clear who I am...
As for older CBers, a lot of them aren't as active on NaNo (plus I just joined the classroom, and so I don't know who they all are). But the ones I can identify by name are Coconut the dog, Cho Chang, Claaws (on here kinda), Impunity Jane (though she's still on here sometimes), Inktail (also on here still, but not as frequently), Joan of Arc, Mei (I think?), and many more who are using nicknames that I don't recognize. There are 52 (counting me) members of the CB classroom!

And today, we have another I'm excited about: one of my special dragons! This one features six legs and two barbed tails, and is about the size of a German shepherd.
