Okay, Cho, here's what I've got (based on the music, not the environment):
Treble C, A, B, B, A, G, E, F, A, C, E. Cabbage face? Make of that what you will.
Thanks to Google and Youtube, the song is definitely related to The Name of This Book Is Secret by Pseudonymous Bosch. I'm off to find a copy or a pdf to be sure, but that's our backup answer. I think we should keep quizzing the couple, just in case.

Yeah, I got Cabbage face too, but I didn't spend a lot of time searching for 'cabbage face' on the internet.

Ok, HAB, I just realized that Ruby wanted the book name, not the series. So, I have not read this series, but the song is from the book If You're Reading This It's Too Late. That is my answer, you just have to approve it.
