Art stuff thread starting...NOW! If you draw stuff, you can post it here! I draw in a sort of anime/manga/toon style, but if you don't, don't let that stop you from posting your stuff! I would love to see other people's art so post away! They can be OCs, fan art, or just random stuff. You can use any media, including digital, like I do! Just to let you chatterboxers know, I started this thread so we can share our tricks of the trade with each other. Feel free to: ask questions about how to draw certain things, post techniques, share art, and mostly HAVE FUN! If you draw your OCs, feel free to share information about them such as their names and that sort of thing. Same goes for fan art since not all of us know where these characters are from. You don't have to be polished with your art. I myself am just a beginner at anime/manga/toon. I'm not good at hands so if any of my hands looks particularly cruddy, you know why. I also struggle sometimes with feet so same goes for that. If any of you know how to draw a particularly good hand or foot, feel free to share your trick for it.

idk if this one will post well since I kept the sketch of the Carabosse in but regardless - Aurora from The Sleeping Beauty, taking the spindle! I'll have to draw the part after she pricks her finger soon...
The Ballet Lover's Companion by Zoe Anderson noted how in most media it's hard to make Aurora interesting, as "she could almost be the definition of a passive character... but not in ballet: [the choreographer Marius] Petipa's Aurora is full of life and energy, the center of the stage world, a rich and varied challenge for any ballerina" and that puts it very well. Like Aurora's more interesting than Florimund/Desire (the other main lead), tbh, though it's possible some productions have a stronger story for him than the ones I've seen. This picture is supposed to be Fumi Kaneko (does it really look like her? ehhhhh not really but i'm not sure how much thought i put into that) because she's absolutely my favorite Aurora :D she's just so real and lively and a lot of Auroras I've seen are kind of strong and princesslike but Kaneko feels like a real person, as well as infusing magic into everything she dances.

thank you :D idk why part of the body of her tutu is orange, it was probably because i was trying to draw your eye to the spindle but it looks quite strange. the actual dress has silver (and also a lot more detailing).

I've recently discovered clown OCs, so I made my own. Kit (or Charlie, though they prefer Kit) is a clown (possible cagefighter, lore TBD) and they use they/fizz pronouns. Fizz is pansexual. Fizz throws balloons that explode.
