Art stuff thread starting...NOW! If you draw stuff, you can post it here! I draw in a sort of anime/manga/toon style, but if you don't, don't let that stop you from posting your stuff! I would love to see other people's art so post away! They can be OCs, fan art, or just random stuff. You can use any media, including digital, like I do! Just to let you chatterboxers know, I started this thread so we can share our tricks of the trade with each other. Feel free to: ask questions about how to draw certain things, post techniques, share art, and mostly HAVE FUN! If you draw your OCs, feel free to share information about them such as their names and that sort of thing. Same goes for fan art since not all of us know where these characters are from. You don't have to be polished with your art. I myself am just a beginner at anime/manga/toon. I'm not good at hands so if any of my hands looks particularly cruddy, you know why. I also struggle sometimes with feet so same goes for that. If any of you know how to draw a particularly good hand or foot, feel free to share your trick for it.

Topping this thread with a redraw! The first image is one I drew around 5th grade when I was bored in art class. It's basically what I would look like if I was in Harry Potter. The second one is the redraw I did in February, just to see how far I've come. And I think it's safe to say that I've improved a lot!

@Moonshine That's really good! I love the eyes in particular.
@HeroesOfOlympus Oooh, I really like both of your hand letterings! The spray paint effect is really cool on the first one, and I like the glow effect on the second. (Also, I'm not sure if Chrome Canvas does, but a lot of art programs have an airbrush or "soft brush" feature, if you're looking for a spraypaint effect!) And I love the creature you drew too, the simple style works really well with the design.
@SeaWolfWhite Awww, I love your Warriors fanart! It's so cute, and you're great at drawing cats! (I'm not) And I also really love that second drawing-- is it digital? If so, what program do you use? Your style is just so amazing aaaaahhhhh
@SurroundedByBooks That's cool! It's very creative, and I like how you used different materials for different textures. Nice job!
@Starchaser First of all, I'm asking. Second of all, that's actually pretty cool looking! The colors are really pretty, and the bubbles and dots make a really interesting composition.
@Starseeker I think you may have posted that before? Idk. Anyway, it's really cool! I love the pattern on the cloak in your redraw, and the boots are also really cool! I love your use of patterns and color in that. You're so good at art!
And speaking of redraws, here's one of my own! (I've been looking through a lot of old sketchbooks lately.) I think the characters in the original were going to be for a comic/graphic novel? I'm not sure, though. Anyway, here it is:

Here's a Tobi from a sketch paper from 6/14/20
The text says,"Yes, this is a foot, why are you asking?"
Because it is obviously a most realistic foot, as you can tell.

House-thing( House-robot? House-man? House-machine? ) from a sketch page from yesterday. pen because I couldn't find a pencil. (It was a blue pen but this drawing was turned B&W)
Pretty low effort drawing but I also love him.

Nice redraw! You're getting really good at digital art, I hope I could practice digitally soon... If I may give a suggestion, I think the boy's head and the girl's are a little too different in length. That's really it, though. I love the sci-fi theme the piece gives off. It's also cool that I can tell how much you've improved, even though the redraw is in a different medium. Brilliant.

Btw, since this is such a doodle, I don't think it'd really need critique, but any for my other drawings is really very welcome!! I am looking to improve!
