(Subject not going through....Third time's the charm...??)

Art stuff thread starting...NOW!  If you draw stuff, you can post it here! I draw in a sort of anime/manga/toon style, but if you don't, don't let that stop you from posting your stuff!  I would love to see other people's art so post away!  They can be OCs, fan art, or just random stuff.  You can use any media, including digital, like I do!  Just to let you chatterboxers know, I started this thread so we can share our tricks of the trade with each other.  Feel free to: ask questions about how to draw certain things, post techniques, share art, and mostly HAVE FUN!  If you draw your OCs, feel free to share information about them such as their names and that sort of thing.  Same goes for fan art since not all of us know where these characters are from.  You don't have to be polished with your art.  I myself am just a beginner at anime/manga/toon.  I'm not good at hands so if any of my hands looks particularly cruddy, you know why.  I also struggle sometimes with feet so same goes for that.  If any of you know how to draw a particularly good hand or foot, feel free to share your trick for it.

I drew this. I used one reference for the cat, another for the other cat, and a third for the head. The tail was improvised.

This is some AURORA fan art I did. The words are from her song Conqueror. You should definitely listen to it, and her other songs! Like, I'm kind of obsessed right now. I'm also really annoyed that I still haven't learned to NOT write stuff in a final piece, in permanent ink, with no plan whatsoever. I've also been playing around with different art styles recently, so if two things I draw are in two completely different styles, that's why. :) cool art, everyone!

@Viola? Heyyy it's good to see you!! Also, that is amazing. I love how fluid your style is, and omg you are so good at inking! Your art is always so cool, and it's nice to see it on Chatterbox again. 
@DoodleGirl I love your mermaid! The watercolor adds a nice effect, and the bubbles make the composition really cool. And I haven't listened to AURORA, but I might now. The proportions on your fanart are very good, and I love the colors! 
@Quill Ooh, that's awesome! The pose is really great, and it actually looks a lot like me (before I cut my hair). Nice job!
@Leeli Aaaah you're so good at art! I love your style, and the way you draw eyes in particular. 
@Clouded Leopard AAAAAAAAH HIIIII! *tackle hug* I'm not sure if you remember me at all, you weren't very active in my time, but I have seen you drop in before, so hi again! Also, your art is pretty amazing. The character design on Jaw is really creative and cool, and I love how his lineart is very sharp while the background has a very soft aesthetic. Anyway, your art is amazing, and it's great to see you here again! 
@Moonshine That's not terrible at all! I love the expression on her face, it's very tranquil, perfect for an elf. 
@Barnswallow Those are all very nice! I love the playing card in particular, is that a clouded leopard? The proportions are very good (I'm horrible at figuring out animal proportions lol). Also, I actually really love the map section, I like how the black divides up the sections of bright colors. 
Here's my newest contribution to the art thread... it's a redraw of an OC of mine. The original one was from July of last year, I believe. I drew the new one digitally, and I don't think it looks very good, but I had fun experimenting with the lighting.

Again, sorry about the other doodles, and the lighting, and just the picture in general. I was using the camera on my laptop which you can barely call a "camera" without shaming all real cameras. At least it is better then last time, when it randomly turned out purple XD

hey there. i recently discovered Chrome Canvas, which was better then drawing on Notes XD

so... this is a bit of an experiment i did, seeing if i could make the Pen feature look like spraypaint... i think it turned out okay.
